It doesn't get much better than that. I needed a good laugh at the end of this football week, I always had the faith Spursey would not let me down.

With the switch in trainers for Okolie it be interesting to see how much of the new Kronk style training he can implement in to his game plan for tonight's fight. He had been more exciting until his last fight against Cieslak which was a tough watch. He needs to make a statement tonight and I can see him doing it by stoppage between around halfway stage.

The rematch clause is only there for if Smith wins, if Eubank Jr wins there is no rematch unless Eubank Jr wants to do one.
-
When the fight was announced my first thought was Eubank JR takes it via late stoppage or on points, I feel the same way now a couple days out but will go with Eubank via UD.
If the fight wasn't big enough, it's being reported Kell Brook wants the winner, people better get the wallets ready, they already trying to line up another domestic fight for no title, for that PPV loot.

Chelsea are only ten points away from Champions League, I wouldn't rule them out yet of still finishing inside the top four if they make a managerial change very soon. I know new people in charge but I can't see how much longer Potter can last in the position, overall he's been pretty abysmal since he took over.Â

It's a shame it looks for certain like ending up on Sky Box Office, but definitely a rematch to look forward too. I expect Taylor to get the decision again, but this time much more decisive.Â
-
Now we've got the World Cup out the way, It's time to focus on the important thing and that's winning the Premier League trophy in 2023. West Ham first up on the return.
-
Morocco again showing up representing themselves and Africa as a whole with another strong performance.
Time for Mbapee to end any hopes or dreams  England have of winning this tournament tonight.Â
-
We need to make sure we keep our emotions in check. When the draw was made the hope was we win to qualify for the last 16 and with that eliminate Uruguay from the competition. It's all there for us now by winning to complete both parts. Discipline is key as is Suarez is starting for them and I would expect him to do do whatever he can and use every trick he has to help Uruguay win and give them a chance to qualify in second place.Â
Two African teams already qualified for yhe final 16, now time to make it three. 2-1, Kudas and Williams.

October 1st! But yeah still, it's crazy. Almost a month between PL games and then not long until the break for the World Cup. I was hoping we'd have the league sewn up by February.Â
I'm losing my mind, I blame football withdrawal symptoms lol.Â
I admire you optimism. I was hoping celebrating winning the league on April 26th away against the current champions. Won the league once in Manchester already, seems the fitting time to do it again.Â
-
It's frustrating more knowing next weeks games will probably be called off as well and then the week afterwards it's international football, so if pans out that way, it be almost a month since we played a Premier league game and to top it off we play Spurs at home on November 1st. If that is how it goes the one positive is we're top of the league for longer.Â

I can't wait for the fight and I'm going with Usyk by KO/TKO between 8-10 rounds.

Mayer vs Baumgardner on the undercard as well for the the WBO, IBF and WBC super-featherweight titles.Â
I'm looking forward to this card, going to go to it if possible. Give me this at the O2 over War Torn this Saturday night any day of the week.

For anybody who may not be aware, there is a new Documentary on Josh Taylor being shown tonight at 22:00pm on BBC Scotland. It follows him around before his fight against Catterall.

Anyone know what time the Inoue vs Donaire 2 fight is supposed to start? Quiet day at work, think I’m gonna try and sneakily watch it.Â
12.30pm.

I don't know about any concussion early on during the match but Jeff was messed up before it started, from watching him walk down the aisle and trying to slap/shake some of the fans hands.
Does anyone know if it's true that when Jeff Hardy signed for AEW, that Matt Hardy was given a brand new two year contract on top?Â
-
Soon as you heard the first scorecard you knew what was going to happen, Catterall absolutely robbed.

I always thought Khan wins on points, now I not sure either of them could last the full 12 rounds unless basically throwing nothing throughout the fight. The narrative seems to be it's Brook's in the first half of the fight, Khan's in the second half. I can see why that be the case, but I'd also expect because of Khan's footwork and superior hand speed, he wins a number of the early rounds from that alone. I'm typing this and I'm still unsure how it pans out, so sticking with Khan to take it on points in what hopefully will be a fun fight for people watching.

Anyone know if this show is being shown live in the UK?Â

I have seen better under 10s sparring session at the local boxing gym then this fight, damn it was hard to watch, but that finish made it worth while. Woodley seemed like he recovered and was fine afterwards which is great. He got his pension fund in his two fights against the YouTuber, I'm not sure if he is still in MMA with another company away from the UFC, but there's nothing in boxing for him, he came in and basically won the lottery in his 0-2 career, well done.
-
His big brother probably came to the realisation as time got closer that the YouTuber was going to smack around, embarrass, humiliate and finish his little brother and decided to get him to pull out and promise to give him the money out his own back pocket to save face, so that he can't have the surname Fury on his record.Â
