It was reported that Rock was in New York on business for a meeting with Time Warner any way, so it seems to have just been lucky timing more than anything else
-
Please how would it work with SKY having the first run weekly TV
-
172. Couldnt remember how spell
Laurinaitis
forgot
Daniel Bryan
and was typing
Alberto Del Rio
as the timer ran out. Got all the big names and was left complete wasters that I missed, no wonder they were forgotten.
There's a good one for 19 points, I wonder who that could be

A Nickelback hater has launched a one-man campaign to have the band blocked from ever playing in London.
Craig Mandell has taken inspiration from the series of Foo Fighters crowdfunding pushes, and turned the idea on its head.
He’s hoping to raise $1000 for charity from anyone who agrees with him, and he’ll send an email to Nickelback’s management including the names of all his supporters.
Mandell says on his Don’t Let Nickel Back campaign page: “Following the recent crowdfunding of a Foo Fighters gig that did not exist, the Foo Fighters agreed to play the gig. We are attempting to ensure that Canadian ‘rockers’ Nickelback do not come to London to play a gig. With your help, we can ensure that the band do not schedule any gigs here, do not attempt to come here – nor even phone here.
“Just imagine: thousands, perhaps tens of thousands, of music lovers, all not witnessing an exclusive concert by Nickelback in London. It will be glorious. Legendary. Dare we say, game changing?
“This campaign is not about personal profit. All proceeds will go to charity – or perhaps therapy for those who've been affected by the band.”
After a spoof Q&A he adds: “Quit asking questions and donate already. They're probably planning a gig as we speak!”

You'll forgive me for not being up to date, but what reason is that? I realise it's probably posted somewhere but excuse me being lazy.
It's because
they've taped a title change which is due to air in November, so the person who is the champion in TV time isn't actually the champion anymore.

So this week they ran a vignette again on Luke Harper and then another focusing on Eric Rowan being "fixed" and finishing on a shot of a pregnant belly with "It's Coming" written on it. Honestly don't know where they're going with them but to say I'm intrigued would be an understatement

The misses has bought me a couple of games in the lead up to my birthday, MLB The Show 14 which is great but she really outdid herself getting me South Park: The Stick of Truth which utterly awesome. I haven't played anything South Park related since the first game on the original playstation which was dogshite
-
Apparent Donald Trump retweeted a pic of Fred & Rose West too, but I don't know if that was the same troll who got him
-
The guy got Barry Chuckle to retweet a pic of Chris Benoit the other week managed to get Billy Ray Cyrus to retweet a pic of Jimmy Saville. Now I'm pretty much of the opinion that BRC is a bit of a bumpkin anyway, but does this guy really have nothing better to do?

Ideally they should unify the US & IC belts and have that be the focus of the 2nd show. Have a feud going on were the title is actually being fought for and the rest of the show being the remaining mid card trying to move up the ranks to earn a title shot.
But then if you wanted to see that kind of show you'd watch ROH.
Smackdown has no direction to it, it's just cobbled together from matches that have been done to death just to fill time because WWE are contracted to deliver a show every week

* Defining Moments such as when Hulk Hogan joined The nWo
...or the fucking tank again...
I'd be suprised if they mention that rarely mentioned Beer truck incident

It's Smackdown week on the network this week as it's the 15th anniversary of Smackdown this coming Friday. This is the only reason I can think that Cena was on last week and most likely will again this week.
But yeah, it has been woeful for a long time .
And Pictos you are right, Main Event is broadcast live on the network, but it think they still have dark matches before that is broadcast and between Main Event finishing and taping Smackdown
-
Definitely stick with it. Season 2 has a blinder of a conclusion which really sets in motion the events of the rest of the series.
Am I the only person who was absolutely hooked after the first couple of episodes, or did everyone else just find it a bit to get into at first

It'll reach mental levels when the Batman/Superman film comes out because Christian Bale isn't Batman. I can't wait for the internet to implode that day

Thanks for that, I'll be able to sleep tonight

That Batista with the jacket and flatcap is fucking great
-
What is this Sasha Banks-Ratchet thing about?
Was a decent show this week. Charlotte/Bayley was more enjoyable than the Takeover match, just a shame the finish was a little sloppy.
Troy McLain looked like Stevie Richards dressed as Disco Inferno.
Itami looks so small, and I liked that Funaki still wears his Smackdown #1 Announcer tshirt.
Really enjoyed Neville/Kidd too and glad that it's been put to bed, but it does look like Titus is now going to be around for a little.
Still think they're going to built to Neville v Zayn at the next live special (rumoured for December)

- WWE issued another Fan Council Survey this week to gauge fan interest on potential new series on the WWE Network. Possible future projects include:
* A Look at Fantasy Matches such as Big Show vs. Andre the Giant with experts weighing in
* Defining Moments such as when Hulk Hogan joined The nWo
* History of WWE documentary similar to The Monday Night War
* Love Affairs, showing off WWE's romantic side with relationships such as Lita & Matt Hardy, Randy Savage & Miss Elizabeth
* WWE Bloopers
* Superstar Lifestyles, showing off talents' homes and life outside of the ring

They did the same with AJ when he was leaving. Made him look like the most important person in the world when he wasn't going to be coming back. The whole place is run by complete retards
-
why did anyone think that was a good idea to put on TV?
Your asking this question....in the TNA thread

Plus Bully Ray wouldn't work in WWE on his own, it only worked in TNA because no one watches it for it to mater The WWE audience would want to see The Dudley Boys.
