  1. Where can the MMA Hour be found?

I can't decide who is worse, JR or Jericho.

As we've said, JR is all "me me me" and Jericho is on level pegging with Frank Skinner for comedy skills. Having said that, I haven't tried Roddy Piper's because I imagine it's just the ramblings of a madman

  2. Speaking of Big Dave, has there ever been a proper Batista vs Lesnar match? They should do that for Wrestlemania.

The only time I've ever seen it was Lesnar v Leviathan from OVW, it's on the Here Comes The Pain BluRay. Don't think it ever happened in WWE the first time round as they were on different brands, but I could be wrong

  3. His matches are there but they are not bookmarked/chapter pointed (White Dot - start of match, Red Dot- finish) so you can't just go straight to the Benoit match (unless he's on first). You have to go to the finish of the previous match and then fast forward.

When you sign up, you'll notice a zonking big gap on the timeline between a couple of the chapter points, that's usually where Benoit's match occurs

Blood is in colour, think nudity is blurred, and by nudity I mean if you ever see a divas nipple.

The New Jack matches were removed while they sorted the music overdubs I think.

You'll be happy to know that WWF logo is not blurred, or if it is I haven't come across it yet

  4. They've said October, but like I say it could change.

Sky can't really boot off, it's not like it's fresh news that they are launching the network over here, it's just now they have a better idea of when.

I can only assume it will launch similar to how it has in the US. The only place were it seems to differ is in Canada, were you can only get it through Rodgers (whatever that entails)

  5. I remember reading last year that WWE were interested in buying the World Of Sport library, but it was on bleacher report so didn't take it for much.

Hypothetically, if they did buy it, what use would it be to them? WOS had finished before I'd even discovered wrestling. I know there are some big names that they could use it for, but surely buying the whole library would be buying more than they could use it for

  6. If you don't change anything, then surely they would just think your still in the states.

Unless you specifically go and change anything, then at their end it should still just show as you being a US citizen.

They've said that the international rollout stars on August 12th, UK launch for October (subject to change)

  7. Would hardy ever get back in the wwe?or wouldnt they touch him with a barge pole now

They were offering a fewer dates deal before he left, and then everything happened. He seems to have got himself sorted lately, alright so Willow wasa bit of a mindfuck, but thats just TNA letting him do what he wants which WWE wouldn't.

He is still very much a marketable talent for WWE, and I wouldn't be suprised to see him go back, but you can bet that Triple H will lay down the law and tell him exactly how things are going to work if he wants to keep his job

  8. Well Zack Snyder has wanted to make The Dark Knight Returns for a long time, and Frank Miller was open to the idea too. This is his chance to do just that and he's seemingly grabbed it with both hands.

Do we reckon that there won't be a stand along Batman film until after this and the JUstice League film

  9. He's certainly looking the part. When it was announced he was cast, it was a case of I could buy him as Bruce Wayne, if he buffed up you've essentially got BW from The Animated Series, but not sure he'd be a convincing Batman. But I'm looking forward to seeing what he brings to it.

Is it safe to say that Batman has hijacked this Superman/Man of Steel sequal?

  10. Has the internet exploded yet with fanboy hate?

I did mention this yesterday in the general movie thread, but figured it can go here too:

The Amazing Spider-Man spin-off film, Sinister Six, has been given a release date.

Columbia Pictures has announced that the movie will be released in November 2016, during San Diego's Comic-Con.

Sinister Six will focus on the six super villains from the Marvel universe and will be directed by Drew Goddard.

It has also been announced that The Amazing Spider-Man 3 will be released in 2018.

Sinister Six, which will be directed by Drew Goddard, is one of two spin-offs planned for the Spider-Man franchise.

The original Sinister Six, made up of Doctor Octopus, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Sandman and Vulture, first appeared in Marvel Comics in 1964.

No date has been set for the second offshoot in development, Venom.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2, which was released in May, took $706m (£414m) at the box office worldwide.

    Its 2012 predecessor, The Amazing Spider-Man, made $758m (£445m).

Andrew Garfield and Dane DeHaan have played Spider-Man and Green Goblin in the previous two films

It has been widely rumoured that Andrew Garfield, who played Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the first two films, will take on the role again in the third film.

There is also speculation that Dane DeHaan will carry on his role as Harry Osborn/Green Goblin.

Sony have also announced that Uncharted, an action film based on the PlayStation video game, will be released in 2016.

Marvel Comics, the studio behind Spider-Man, recently announced a new female version of Thor and that a new Captain America will be African-American.
