Anyway, I just saw apparently Orton Vs Cena will be the main event at HIAC, not sure if its the good old fanboy in me but dissapointed it wont be Rollins Abrose and therefore hope the orton cena bout gets shat on
I can't believe that they're doing it again after it died on its arse at the rumble. To do it again 9 months later for seemingly no reason, most likely because they don't have confidence in Ambrose and Rollins to close the show, is asking for it to be shat on

But isn't that the kind of match you want people to pay to see on something like, say, a Pay Per View rather than having a series of these big matches on TV for free.
And this isn't exactly something new to them either, they've been doing it for years and is one of the reasons that haven't got matches at the PPVs that people would actually pay for because anything worth paying for has been given away for free on TV. Best example would have been when RVD won the title from AJ Styles with a hours worth of build up. At that time, an AJ Styles v RVD match was probably considered a dream match to many fans, especially TNA fans. And then it just happened, for no rhyme or reason and everything was free, no one paid to get in to see it and it was on free TV. The world title has probably changed hands for free on TV as many time as it has on PPV.

Depends how literal you want to be. Del Rio came in at #38 and worked the last 10 minutes of the match, so he actually beat bugger all of the field. But like I say, it depends how literal you want to be

Is that a photoshopped image of Monroe, I figured it was just a lookalike.
Â
With or without the ink, I think there are very few wouldn't have had a go with Monroe
-
I wouldn't be against it being defended on the pre-show, but not the main card

So you'd put the lad whose just come back from two surgeries (one of which necessitated by a lack of regaining arm strength) into a match that (assuming the 2015 rumble is 40 entrants) will go for over an hour on his first night back
-
Some times they do four weeks of TV over two days, sometimes they'll do four weeks worth in one night

Next NXT Network special will be on December 11th.
Â
Expected matches to happen include:
Â
Â
NXT Title match: Neville v Zayn
HidaoItami & Finn Balor v Ascension

Didn't they want someone from WWE for a DVD talking head too. Suprised Vince didn't come back with "here's Curt Hawkins, take it or leave it"
-
Got that for £5 when the SilverVision deal was coming to an end, still never really bothered with it.
Â
Next episode of Monday Night Wars covers Goldberg apparently
-
How is it? They split everything nowadays to milk a franchise for all it's worth. Either one story gets split into at least two films or every character gets their only sodding spinoff film
Â
I'm officially bored of superhero movies now

Yeah I'm doing Damnation again this year. Got a horrible feeling that Bolt Thrower and Cannibal Corpse are clashing.
Â
Get there early and catch Obsidian Kingdom, they are fucking spectacular. Debut album is about to be reissued by Seasons Of Mist, and it glorious from start to finish
-
Added to the Beyond The Ring section is the 'Superstar' Bill Graham: 20 Years Too Soon doc. I'm going to check that out when I get at the end of the week. Am I right in thinking that this was never officially released over here

If I'm wanting one of the newer Ultimate Warrior figures, are we in agreement that Smyths would be the place to go?
-
Yeah that was on a couple of nights ago too. Channel4 and Sky One have been busting out some stonewall classics recently alongside some of the dross ones from more recent seasons.
Margery Be Bad (think that's the title) was on recently too, the one were she goes on the run with Ruth Powers Thelma & Louise style. But it's Homer who steals the show thinking that Ballet is a circus bear driving a little car (made all the more funny when Lenny asks "oh! Going to see the bear in the little car, eh? ") and getting his arms stuck in two vending machines

And if that wasn't weird enough, Dads Army is coming to the big screen http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-29536370

Melt it down into a gold medal---> Angle's music hits ----> "You call that a gold medal?"
Â
Fantasy booking eh?
-
Yeah that's been on a few times recently, which I hadn't seen for years either. Cape Feare has been on a bit recently too.
Â
The wife bought my Scene It?: The Simpsons for my birthday which is awesome

No ones going to unify the IC and US belts at the moment, as Dolph tweeted that United Airlines have lost his bags, one of which has the belt in it
-
'Homer Goes To College' was on SKY One last night, packed full of some of the shows greatest gags and quoteable lines
-
I'd be suprised if anyone in the UK other than WWE Euro Shop sell NXT gear.
Â
I know you said, but I honestly think that WWE Shop would be the best place to go. They distribute worldwide but shipping can be a tad expensive
-
Considering the reaction Cena gets , the place would fucking explode if they did that to him.You could have a top face finally about to get his hands on Heyman one week when everyone knows Brock isn't around to save him. Then you could have the Dudleys make their return running in to make the save. 3D through a table, and the show goes off the air with Heyman and his 'no one is as smart as me' smile.
Â
But yeah, I can only envision WWE using him again if D-Von came with him and even then it would be for a very short nostalgia run kind of like what the new age outlaws had this year
-
Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking his abilities. I just imagine the fans shitting on it because it's just one without the other and proceed to chant shite throughout

The New Generation Podcast covered the Dungeon of Doom angle brilliantly on their Halloween Havoc 1995 episode, if you google it you should find easily enough on either Soundcloud or Stitcher Radio
