It was clear to me from the moment I saw the thread title that somebody would forge a lifelong reputation as a baddie.

I hate to comment without having anything better to offer but this thread has seen much brighter days.

If I genuinely were ginger, I'd thank the Lord daily that I'm not a baldy.

I survived chippy tea week but was too drunk to take any photos and now have an urge to run for a week.

I've spent the whole of this thread in Germany. Tomorrow I'm coming home for a week and I can feel my arteries tensing already. 

Have we finally found a subject in which balsamic wankery gets mentioned in the same breath as Discos and it doesn't descend into racism? Never thought I'd see the day.

I'd argue that "songs that are... challenging" are generally written by the drummer and have no business on the album. Perfect albums need to flow well, create and sustain a mood, maintain some sort of internal consistency, or, in the best case, combine all of it into telling a story. 

Music taste is really a matter of opinion though, so I guess there are people whose perfect album is a fucking mess to my ears.
