I don't hate it. Has anyone watched the full film?

My thought was that the Liberals may entertain bringing in prominent Tory MPs. That could possibly bring a cache of voters over. Especially if the Tories lose some members in this ensuing turmoil.

What're the Liberals doing at the moment. Are they just sitting and waiting? The danger would be whether they could be overwhelmed by batshit Tory members joining them.

If I'm understanding things correctly. The new Rwanda bill. Is an attempt to override any possible opposition via legal routes. For the likes of Braverman and Jenrick. The bill doesn't go far enough into "we don't care what anyone else says" territory. Hence Jenrick resigning as Immigration minister.

Rwanda seem to be a bit puzzled by the governments stance, and could actually make things difficult for the Government.

Certain elements of the government have their fingers in a very juicy Rwanda pie.

America is so deeply entrenched into supporting Israel. Is it as simple as Israel being their spear tip in the middle east? Any backwards step,despite it's humanitarian benefits, would be an unacceptable sign of weakness to them. So it seems.

Where is the best place to find out about the current state of play in the Ukraine/Russia war? I've noticed that Putin is over in the UAE. Or was there very recently. He was afforded quite the reception.

Aldi again. Nice and thick with a satisfying crunch. Flavouring is heavy on the Curry powder/Garam masala. Nice undertone of warmth. Not at all bad.

The latest tournament popped up on my YouTube feed today. It's on the NHK World channel. Not sure who the commentator is but he seems to be very good at explaining the bouts. Very engaging.

I'd listened to this earlier this year. It goes some way to explaining the journey to the creation of Israel. A journey that involves Lawrence of Arabia and a couple of World Wars.

Are you referring to the Balfour declaration? From memory that was cooked up in closed door meetings and then imposed via political machinations.

Labour front bench MP resigns. A Humanitarian pause seems to be the least that they should be calling for.

How does something like a green chilli/birds eye differ from a Scott bonnet pepper? Is there a unique flavour to the pepper. Does the pepper yield more mouth burn?

Rashida Talib, a member of Congress in the US,has been censured. Her crime seems to have been supporting calls for a ceasefire. I'm guessing Congress didn't like being told off.

It's very worrying with the way pro-palestinian support is being gaslit by powerful elements of government and media. I guess it shows the pervasiveness of Israeli lobbying. You'd think though that the optics of the news coming out of Gaza would make these people see sense, and bring some balance to their rhetoric.
