Toxicology report now on Fox (510)- short version:

Nancy had 'normal' levels of hydromorphone, hydrocodone & Xanax in her system (therapeutic dosage, more likely for muscle relief)

Daniel had 'elevated' levels of Xanax, stating that he was drugged before the murder

Chris had elevated levels of testosterone (hence he had been taking steroids recently) and 'normal' levels of Xanax. No other steroids in his system.

In short, proof that Chris Benoit had drugged Daniel specifically to sedate him. Plenty of stuff for Fox to jizz over but nothing conclusive to lynch Astin or the WWE over.

The great thing about trademarks is that you can only trademark what you are using it for if that makes sense. I could set a up a company called WWE if it was a company selling sex toys or something.

World Wanking Entertainment?

The press conference begins with District Attorney Scott Ballard briefing the public on the case. He says that today we are here to talk about one component of the investigation and that is the toxicology results. Ballard hands the podium over to a doctor who says that they found Hydrocodone and Xanax in the system of Nancy Benoit. The doctor says that the levels were at therapeutic levels and she had a 0.184 blood alcohol level. However, he says that they are unable to tell if she had drank alcohol because the blood alcohol level was due to the decomposition process of her body. Daniel Benoit had Xanax at elevated levels in his system. It is their opinion that Daniel was sedated prior to the time he was murdered. Chris Benoit's system was positive for Xanax and Hydrocodone. Both were at therapeutic levels. The only steroid found in Benoit's system was testosterone. It was found in elevated levels which indicate that he was taking it prior to his death. No evidence of GHB in any of the three bodies.

It's incredible - did they not hear the patahologist say that thousands of men in America were treated for testicle deficiencies by injecting testosterone with no conclusive evidence that it caused abnormal behaviour?I can't actually watch Fox news or any of the American news sites any more tonight, they make me want to puke.

He said:- Benoit's T/E level was higher than would could be naturally produced.- He thus was injecting steroids.- We can't know how much he was taking when he was alive, just that he WAS taking steroids. He can't offer any conjecture, as he said, because he's a scientist, not an investigator. Given the other things we know:- Benoit obviously wasn't taking the normal therapeutic levels since he was getting 10 months' (used therapeutically) worth of steroids every 3 to 4 weeks.- If he WAS taking therapeutic levels, then he was dealing.Also:- It's not hard for a bodybuilder to lower their levels and then work the doctor so they can get a prescription.- His natural levels were low from, y'know, USING STEROIDS.- Benoit was convinced that invisible men were following him. You talk of conjecture, but I have highlighted the above in bold which have not been officially released by anyone. His doctor, who has been indicted completely seperatly to the Benoit case, stated he was being prescribed testosterone for PREVIOUSLY taking steroids and the effect it had on him, namely his levels of testosterone. Do you have some evidence that someone previously taking anabolic steroids committed an act of 'roid rage' after he or she'd finished taking them?Does anyone, anywhere, have any proper, proven evidence that injecting testosterone actually increases the chance of abnormal behaviour? The patholigist stated himself that there is no conclusive evidence that it does. What Benoit did was absolutely awful, but suggest this is down to 'Roid rage' or chemicals he previously injected into himself is foolhardy and without proof. This does not let off the industry, as there are many things that need to be changed included enforced time off for all wrestlers, but this is not and cannot be described as an open and shut case of roid rage. Typical of Lance Storm to only get 6 minutes TV time.

That's hilarious. Well done!On the issue, in no expert in the subject but would Benoit taking steroids be anything to do with the major neck surgery he had a couple of years back?

Are you high? The 10 months' worth prescribed every 3-4 weeks has been reported by every major news outlet based on what was found in his home and what the records in Astin's office said. The paranoia was reported by Dave Meltzer who was told this by multiple close friends of Benoit.

His doctor, who has been indicted on completely seperatly to the Benoit case, stated he was being prescribed testosterone for PREVIOUSLY taking steroids and the effect it had on him, namely his levels of testosterone. Not ROID RAGE, but the crash from coming off the steroids could severely fuck with his mood.

Also, does anyone, anyway have any evidence that injecting testosterone actually increases the chance of abnormal behaviour? The patholigist stated himself that there is no conclusive evidence that it does.

He said there was no conclusive evidence IN THIS CASE. Use Google to find all of the studies that show the connection.

IT'S NOT ROID RAGE AND I AM NOT SAYING IT IS.

Still doesnt prove nothing... Depends on high the level was and what his usual level was... And if they had access to it... There are people who have a natural higher testosterone value...
