Reminds me a fair bit of Quicksilver Messenger Service, who are also great. Who else does music like this - does anyone know? I like it.   Edit:   Haha. Brilliant. What is this, Korean? I went to a Korean restaurant last week and they had a bunch of great Korean pop music playing. This kinda music is so much more enjoyable fo me when I can't understand the lyrics. Either way, it's pretty nice.  Obviously, in the grand scheme, Wale got nothin' on Nas, and "Made U Look" smokes the original "Chain Music", but I think that the awesomeness of Hood Internet's work edges their mix ahead.  I hadn't heard of Weird Tapes, but Hood Internet have a mix on Mixtape 6 that blends it with Santigold and the Beasties.
