The Mighty LC Posted April 21, 2005 Posted April 21, 2005 Smiley also competed for MLW during this time. IIRC he was managed by the artist formally known as Barbera Bush (the blonde paramedic with the huge hooters in WWF circa 2000. Dudleys smashed her through a table, and she was nailing Bob Holly)...

Guest Patrick Bateman Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 I've only watched bits and pieces of Smackdown over the last few weeks and have just realised that I haven't seen Rene Dupree for a while. I haven't even seen him on Velocity either. Anyone know where he is? Injured? Took off television? Even released?
hbk4life Posted April 22, 2005 Posted April 22, 2005 Last time i can remember seeing Dupree he was teaming with Dawn Marie and lost to Michelle McCool and Big Show, that was about a month ago though.

As far as I know, he's off screen to be repackaged.*insert own Dupree package joke here*Not quite sure what they could change him too, although knowing the WWE, it'll be another foreign cheap shot. Napoleon anybody?

Paid Members Gallybagger Posted April 22, 2005 Paid Members Posted April 22, 2005 Is Stone Cold Steve Austin back for good as a "superstar" as such. or just for a stint to boost ratings?
Guest Rainecloud Posted April 23, 2005 Posted April 23, 2005 I'm pretty sure that Austin was only brought back temporarily, in order to help boost buys for Wrestlemania XXI. According to other wrestling websites, he's also signed to work as a special referee for some of the European Smackdown shows in the near future. That's about all the information anyone has at the moment, I believe.
Paid Members bAzTNM#1 Posted April 24, 2005 Paid Members Posted April 24, 2005 He's also signed up to work on a few of the WWE's upcoming films.
