A horrendous fire has destroyed most of Lost Souls Pizza (formerly Lost Boys Pizza). The restaurant is a sanctuary for the alternative community, horror fans, musicians, film buffs, gamers, comic book lovers, head bangers, goths, and wrestlers alike. It's broken our hearts that such an awful thing has happened to the incredible Pete and his staff. As such, the wrestling community have banded together to raise funds to help Lost Souls Pizza get back on it's feet. We guarantee you a night of incredible talent and jaw dropping action! It's been a really horrible situation, but how much and how quickly people are pulling together to support them has been amazing to see. As well as this show, there will be a fundraiser gig in the near future, and their Justgiving page is up to almost the £5000 target they set themselves. Generally, "put together a wrestling show on a Tuesday night, with zero budget, and about 3 weeks notice" isn't the kind of task I'd volunteer myself for, but I really wanted to make this as good as it can possibly be. It's already really exceeding my expectations - within 2 or 3 days of starting to put this together, I had people agreeing or volunteering to be part of it that were way beyond what I thought we'd manage to put together, and the majority of that has been because they really want to help out Lost Boys/Lost Souls after years of getting free pizza provided by them backstage at shows. It's shaping up to be a really fun card, with some matches I don't think have ever happened anywhere else - I don't know how much we'll be announcing ahead of time, but I really can't wait for people to see what we have lined up.
