That whole look was because "he'd went insane" following his 15 second loss to Sheamus, so came up with this scruffy anarchist look. But they didnt actually go with that storyline, so he was stuck with that outfit, so he decided to wear it anyway. Vince hadnt seen the jacket yet, and went ballistic when he walked out with it on. He told the referee through the ear piece to tell him to take that shit off and never wear it again. Vince thought he looked horrendous.
