So, I've been back in the country for a couple of days now and home for nearly one and a half of those. I had very little time online while I was away, and didn't have my laptop or memory stick on me either. The results therefore only finally went into the original post last night, after which I figured out and uploaded the table. But I'm only getting around to writing this 3 days later than usual, so apologies for that.

Luckily, it was a low-scoring round with nobody getting into double figures, so updating the scores didn't take too long. Three players were joint top scorers on 9 each, of whom two are still in a dead heat in mid-table. The Ratt still leads, but Tilde moves into second with a haul of 8, whilst the two newcomers are still finding their feet at the other end of the standings.

Mungo got his D2D wrong as Morton suffered a poor reverse at Forfar. Of the other 20 participants who got all their picks in on time, 16 rightly disagreed with him to claim their bonuses, although many of them only plumped for a draw. Elsewhere, narrow away victories for Sevilla and Barça proved the least unhelpful outcomes, but a surprise reverse for Real Madrid in the Basque Country - against a side who'd been woeful in their last 3 games in all competitions, no less - produced a virtual dud.

Back closer to home, the EPL scorelines at Leicester, Newcastle and QPR barely yielded a point between them (and I didn't even include Man City-Stoke on the card!), although the remaining 3 fixtures were more fruitful, and even led to the odd three-pointer. Special mention to hbk4life as the only person with more than one exact score in this round.

Sorry for the disruption this time out once again, and thanks to Harvey Dent for holding the fort. I'm off to place my bets on this week's matches now.
