The final scores were in the first post on Sunday night, and the table was back in the normal place before Survivor Series started (unlike 3 weeks ago when it was updated during the PPV). Nobody covered themselves in glory this week, which makes my job easier as it means there was little significant movement. Top scorer was cheetah with a mere 8 points which closed the gap at the summit to just 10, while at the other end Lawz is left still fruther adrift.

Prince Nana wrongly backed Schalke to win their local Rhine-Ruhr clash in Leverkusen, but they came away with nothing, allowing 15 of 20 other participants who got their picks in on time to claim 2 bonus points each. As is not traditional, the player whose D2D turn it was had a disaster, and yet - Nana's haul of a solitary point was not bad enough to make him lowest scorer this time out. Instead that honour is shared by TUFCfan, who has the excuse that an internet outage (presumably in deepest darkest Devon) caused him to miss 9 of the 10 games, but niff has no such get-out for a shocking performance.

Aside from that surprisingly useful German match, in the other a lot of players were caught out by Bayern's failure to win on their short trip to Franconia. Elsewhere nobody saw the scoreline coming from that late game in Andalusia, but the relatively normal one at the Mestalla the day before saved a lot of people from complete humiliation by providing a fair few one- and three-pointers.

Closer to home, none of the scores were that remarkable, as Seph pointed out, it's just that the results didn't go the way many were expecting. I think that home victory at Carrow Road turned out the be the least likely outcome of the lot, resulting in a dud fixture, but the other 5 English clashes were almost equally fruitless, having various shades of improbability about them. The only other thing to note is that there were no draws among them, which may have cost a few points here and there.

Coming up in a few moments: a new thread including our first visit to France for a month, and an attempt at another D2D. You'll see what I mean.
