Always like the MFC stuff. Be interested to see how Sokoudjou looks, he's a constant disappointment but maybe he can pull out one of those special moments. Jimmo is one of the most underrated fighters in MMA, if he wins this the UFC has to come calling surely. He's a karate based fighter and i read not long ago in a quote from Jimmo that he's been hit something like 5 times in his last 10 fights, madness. The former Strikeforce fighter will face Darrill Schoonover in the main event of a Shark Fights show on November 11. UFC president Dana White told MMA Fighting that he could not yet announce a UFC 140 main event, but might possibly be able to do so by the end of the day.Before that can happen, at least one hurdle must be overcome. Evans has to be cleared from a hand injury suffered in his recent UFC 133 win over Tito Ortiz. I don't know if you guys are familiar with it but Chael was on Bruce Buffer's radio show - also available as a podcast - a few weeks ago and he was a great guest; very interesting, very funny and seems like a genuinely cool guy too. Jones vs Evans is not true.  Just did a 2 hour press conf at 11 this am and told ALL the media that jones vs Evans would NOT happen @140. Then HACKS say it is.  Neil Davidson was the ONLY reporter that called me and asked if it was true b4 running story and I said no it's not! #realreporter  For the media guys who live on some other planet and didn't know Rashad Evans has pins in his thumb and is out for a while!!!!
