League One keeper of the year last year at Norwich. goalkeeper fraser forster joins celtic on loan Newsroom Staff  CELTIC are delighted to announce that Fraser Forster has joined the club on a season-long loan from Newcastle United.  The goalkeeper becomes the tenth new arrival at Celtic Park over the summer and will train with his new team-mates at Lennoxtown for the first time this morning.  The 22-year-old keeper has earned rave reviews in England during loans spells he had at Stockport County, Bristol Rovers and, last season, at Norwich City, where he worked under former Celtic Paul Lambert.
