I'm sure Forest fans will be doubly delighted - losing the manager they vocally backed, to be replaced by the man who plays the dullest football on the planet. Merry Christmas!

The stuff he does on Amazon Prime is good, and there's a series he did on BBC4 called The Reassembler which is ostensibly just him tinkering in his shed, but it's fascinating.

If the Devil was wearing a Sting mask, then it'd obviously be Sting, but I don't think he'd disguise himself as somebody else.

It's from the movie.

We should probably be checking that @Astro Hollywoodis ok.

Just done my annual birthday viewing of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World (I am totally in lesbians with that movie), and as incredible as Mary Elizabeth Winstead is as Ramona Flowers, Alison Pill is lovely as Kim Pine as well. I totally forgot that she played Agnes Jurati in Picard, too, or at least I didn't make that association.

I don't know whether this counts, but here's the "live event" from when the Foo Fighters unveiled Josh Freese as their new drummer back in May.

I love the documentaries on her wrestling channel as well.

Kim Justice released a video yesterday about Data East's arcade output in the 90s. There's some bangers on that. It is over an hour long, though.

Roxy Music at Hammersmith Apollo, 2001. As close to the original lineup as they could get, although Brian Eno was replaced by two not bad looking ladies working the synths (insert knob twiddling joke here). A guy I lived with when I lived in Barnsley owned this on DVD, and we'd watch it almost weekly at times. Heck of a performance.

I used to love playing Fire Pro Wrestling on my GBA when I used my student loan to buy it in Uni. The port of Super Street Fighter II Turbo was pretty special as well, and the magic Crayfish worked to get Alpha 3 ported to the Gameboy is beyond unbelievable. Final Fight Zero was pretty good, too.

I love discoveries like this:
It's mad that decades later, cut levels are still being uncovered.
That desert zone looks like it was repurposed for the desert/western level in Sonic Mania.
I had a crack at Kuru Kuru Kururin in emulated form on my phone. It's fun, and can be a little tense at time. There's a similar one a few years ago called Roundabout that came out on PS4 and XBox One with some very tongue in cheek FMV cutscenes, and a plot about being a limousine driver. I never played it myself, but heard good things about it.

Kenpachiro Satsuma, who was the suit actor that played Godzilla during the Heisei era (1984-1995), as well as playing Hedorah and Gigan in some of the Showa era movies, has passed away at the age of 76. The Heisei era was less light hearted than the Showa era, but not as grimdark as the Millenium era, it also had a proper continuity. Godzilla Vs Biollante is recommended, and Godzilla Vs Destoroyah is pretty brutal. He also played Pulgasari in the North Korean kaiju movie Pulgasari.

It's been a couple of weeks, but today after I finished college I saw Godzilla Minus One was on at my local Vue, so I did what I needed to do in town, then trotted across to see it. I had the whole place to myself, although à mum did bring her child to see it, but they left when she realised it wasn't a "family" movie.
It didn't tread any new movie ground, and you can see some of the stuff from a mile away, but it's still a heck of a movie. I had goosebumps when Goji turned up, and when he was doing his thing, but I could feel myself tearing up towards the end because let's not pretend that Godzilla isn't about the people at the end of the day. Well worth a watch.

You’d think the outlier would be Dark Souls, but cave of wonders stage from Aladdin and that bastard Lion King level with the teleporting caves both caused me infinitely more pain.
Pause the game, and press ABBA-ABBA for the Megadrive Aladdin level skip. I used to be able to get through that, and the Sonic games back when they ran at about 86% speed in PAL, but now that things all run at 60FPS I find my reactions aren't as good. I'm pretty sure I dragged myself through that Lion King game as well. Those giraffes were pretty annoying.

I wish he'd lived to voice Zapp Brannigan rather than Billy West having to try and impersonate him.

It appears the service ended in 2006, but with what AI can do nowadays it almost feels like they were ahead of the curve.

I forgot Richard Burton and Michael Sheen.
@Thunderplexdo you remember that service where you could send a text to a number, and you'd get a call back with Tom Baker "reading" the message out loud assembled from him having recorded loads of words?
Jon Culshaw's actual speaking voice is pretty good.
Ronni Ancona.

Keith David?
Mako had a marvellous voice.
George Takei has a pretty rich baritone. Bruce Campbell can sound pretty cool at times.
The late Andre Braugher, Marc Evan Jackson, Nick Offerman has a nice voice. Joey Lauren Adams is in that Jennifer Tilly mode.

He was great in Brooklyn 99, and fantastic opposite Hugh Laurie in House as well. If anything gives me reason to watch Brooklyn 99 again it's this. Terrible loss.

Maybe it's the travel that takes it out of him?
Gunther Vs Lesnar could be a heck of a match. Big meaty men slapping meat indeed.

It's one of the first games I picked up on Switch and I loved every minute of it. Some of the stuff I'd do again and again just because I found it so funny to do, and the hidden task list as well. Such a wonderful game.
