Saw it this morning, it wasn't as good as the previous deletions, which I wasn't a massive fan of either. Hoping now this is done, they won't do it again.

 

My sister in law: she's not racist or anything like what's been in the thread so far, she's just morbidly stupid.

We were out on New Year's Eve a couple of years back and she asked a Jewish guy if he'd had a good Christmas. When he told her that he was Jewish and that he didn't celebrate Christmas, "oh that's right, you celebrate the holocaust don't you"

 

 

In all fairness that sounds like ignorance rather than stupidity. So many people who you think are intelligent will make a similar dumb arse mistake.

 

There was a girl at my work that we had to explain what the holocaust was, she was in her 20's at the time. Even then she didn't believe that it was possible, like physically or something.

Ten years I've been with their daughter and I still have no idea how to hold an enjoyable conversation with either of them.

I'm in the same boat, been with the other half for 10 years, married for 4 years...and I still feel like an "outsider" in their presence. I get on all right with her old man these days, but her mum doesn't like me I think.

Christ, WestLondon, that sounds woeful . How have you put up going to see them every year? Has nobody of the younger generations said anything to the grandparents?

Theres' a few of those down my way, due to "lack of business". There are others down here that are shut all through the week, then only open on Friday + Saturday 

A friend of mine once had 3 girls on the go a the same time. The first just stopped calling him back. No harm done, just it wasn't working out. "No worries, I have another 2" he thought, smugly. 

The second one stopped talking to him after a lift home went very wrong for him. "Come inside for a...   .... coffee" she said. 

He leans out of his car windows and without even thinking say's, "No thanks, I have work in the morning..",  leaving her in the dust after driving away at top speed. She also stopped calling him.  Upon realising this school boy error, he sighed. "No worries, there is one more girl I'm seeing....how could it possibly go wrong".

After a night out, he travels back to girl number 3's house, very inebriated. She says "Lets.... ....go upstairs ey?" , "YESH PLEASH", he shouts in a drunken stupor. He eagerly follows behind her, but not before tripping up the first step on the staircase, and smashing out the struts on the banister. "Oh dear", says she. "I tell you what, I'll forgot about this...lets just go to bed ". He manages to get there, all happy and smiley, but instantly falls asleep due to his drunkenness, leaving her very disappointed . She also stopped calling him, but did send him a bill for the stairs.

This friend of mine is just "one of those guys" that this sort of stuff always happens to, and he doesn't understand why that is. He also tells us these story's with a solid straight face and wonders why we can't help but laugh.

It depends on what the "end goal" is. I've had it in my mind they'll be dropping it on the next PPV following today, but who knows. At this rate, I'd have them go to Wrestlemania with the belts and make a "big" match our of it.

Reports are saying Mr Xtreme touched Del Rio or Paige, but Alberto cleared that up with a tweet last night:

 

"Just to clarify. If you inappropriately touch my fiancee in front of my face you have to prepare to learn a lesson. #Respect"

The way things are going, I imagine he saw them both and went "..oh hey guys" , only for Del Rio to kick off, "you looking at ma' burd mate?" 

That's a difficult one Slapnut, which I've had in the past. (very similar, GF wasn't working/family weren't too different in their mind set's about working/money and stuff etc)

For me personally, I spent a long time just kind of not saying anything about it, basically because I was scared she'd leave me for basically telling her what to do, as I'm very much a "do whatever you want/I'm not going to tell you how to live your life" type person, but after YEARS of our financial situation deteriorating, I had to drop an ultimatum of "help me now, or leave so I can sort out my life".

So, maybe doesn't seem like much now, but I put it off and eventually wasted about 2 years of my life living in almost destitute conditions, basically because I didn't have the guts to call her out on that. Try the soft approach at first, like present all the information and let her work it out for herself, but in my case that didn't work either. May sound a bit drastic, but it really does effect a lot of stuff in the long run.

For those on Xbox one:

Has any body had any controller issues? Mainly that of the controller losing connection with the console? Its a strange one, as in in connects fine, although if anything covers the control or is anybody walks past its line of sight, in instantly disconnects, and can also lose connection at random, which is very frustration during game play.

I've tried alternate controls, [which do the same thing], and playing with  my WIFI off, [in case it was that is interfearing with the signal or something] and it's still the same, so I presume its the connection in the console itself somehow? is there a way to fix that or is a write off?

As a work around I've gotten of the play/charge cables which is fine, although just wanted to ask incase its something like dust build up or something that I'm not thinking of hah.

Maybe suggest alternate types of date's? Like long hill walks, trips to the gym together? it'd be different and you'd be helping her achieve her ideal body figure at the same time.

Watched Suicide Squad last night.

I'm not even sure what to say about it. Like its not terrible, but its not even "OK" either.....it's just a movie that exists. I though Amanda Waller was real good, I thought Deadshot/Harley Quinn were good, and I even didn't mind what of saw of Leto's Joker, even though it wasn't enough to get a full flavour of him.

everything else was just "Meh" really. Almost everybody else didn't need to be in this movie at all, (the other SS members, especially Kitana as well). Enchantress was "OK", not as bad as I'd heard anyway, but again maybe not enough screen time for her.

So yeah, its a movie hah.

I'd rather see Samoa Joe Vs Triple H, but that's just one of those "I'd like to see matches" rather than anything that's been set up hah.

Just realized something, the two most bitter, personal, long-lasting rivalries in the company at the moment are Bryan/Miz and Regal/Joe. I desperately want one or both of these matches.

I can't see Regal taking a Muscle Buster any time soon

So with Wrestle Kingdom 11 on the horizon, as well as catching up on this year's New Japan, I'd like to watch one or two of the best January 4th shows. I've seen Wrestle Kingdoms 7-10, what are the best cards prior to that? And prior to it being called Wrestle Kingdom as well

What was the point in that match?

Joe had just debuted to in NXT. Was it because he sold all those t-shirt so Vince wanted to test him in front of a big crowd?

There must be a reason why the women they bring in to feed their stars are so awful despite supposed years of experience on the indies. I still don't get what Ember Moon is.

I might get a bit of flack for this, but is it because like 90% of all current women's wrestlers.....are terrible? Don't get me wrong, its nothing like "Women can't do it as good as men" as I'm well aware they can, but very few that I've seen seem to genuinely not be afraid of getting hurt.

Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, Victoria, Mickie James and even Trish (after a long time bare in mind) are all women wrestlers that I really like. Charlotte is a prime example of somebody finally understanding what it takes, as at first all I could say was "well she's athletic" when she was in NXT. 

Most of the indy girls just look really afraid of hurting themselves, and then wrestle like that accordingly.
