  1. The simple fact is that none of them bowled well enough on the first day to warrant bowling first. Worse than the bowling of any of the seamers is the fact that Moeen can't turn the ball and Lyon is turning it miles. Once we've lost this test, and we will anyway no matter how well we bowl, they have to give Crane a go if Moeen doesn't turn it.

  2. I absolutely love Reece's Cups. A few years ago a shop near where i was working was selling them at 6 for £1 As they were very short on the sell by date. They came in boxes of 48 and I spent £40.

  3. For a long time in the early to mid 90s someone would repeatedly paint the words BAN CANNABIS on the sign for the turn off for Grantham on the A1. That person had 2 things. Determination, and no understanding of the drug laws in this country.

  4. The finishing punch from Bivol was an absolute cracker. The sound it made as it landed was sickening, you just knew he wasn't getting up from it. There are some interesting fights for him at Light Heavy down the road.

IMDB gave wrestletalk a rating of 6.7, that's only 0.1 less than Kong: Skull Island, and that had Samuel L Jackson. Now I'm not saying Alex Shane is only 0.1 worse than Samuel L Jackson, he might however.

Samuel L Jackson is obviously not as good a promo as Alex Shane but his work rate is better and he does a really good flip bump.

Has Alex Shane changed his tune on Triple H like most of the internet yet, and decided that he's going to lead WWE to a hitherto unseen golden age, or is he still banging on iron crosses and subliminal messaging?

Or is this a silly question because no one's paying attention to what Alex Shane has to say about anything in 2017?

I am genuinely surprised Alex is still around. I thought he had disappeared up his own arsehole sometime in 2009

As for Wrestletalk @chokeout I don't think it really was a thing even when it was on TV. I think it's on YouTube now.

  7. Is there a demand yo see him immediately though? I only knew him as that bellend who no sold a Batista bomb off a ladder through a table, it didn't make me want to see him. As Pat says if you are on TV you should know where the camera is, and let's face it every Indy show records the show these days. Everyone has a hard camera, knowing where it is is more important than all the flips and shit in the world.

Lio Rush is an indy guy, young, his inexperience shows, but he's pretty fun. Not keen on the spot mentioned above, but he is decent.

Damn right his inexperience shows. Just catching up with this week's show and as he gets in the ring you can see the ref shouting "HARD CAM" at him twice to remind him where he is supposed to be looking. Also you'd have to say he looks very indyriffic and is going to need some work to even make it on to 205 Live.

  9. The food in this thread is a bit robust for the constitution of poor Punkstep. The poor luv will never know the savoury delights we normal folk know.

  10. This thread is on its arse. Had to downvote BigJag for bringing the concept of a "Dining Club into this thread. A weekly street food festival is what you call a "Market unless you are some sort of time wasting hipster.
