The final scores went into the opening post right before Survivor Series, and the table was figured out during the early stages of that event before I fell asleep, but it was only uploaded just now. There were a couple of mistakes in last week's standings which have now been corrected. It was my fault for misremembering the Romania-NI scoreline. Del therefore has 2 fewer points than was shown last time out, whilst Rory has 2 more. Don't think anyone else was affected.

Anyway, SNRN10 spares me further shame by getting his rearranged D2D correct and so we already have another change at the top. Had his turn gone ahead a few weeks earlier, he'd probably have lost unless he backed his own side to lose at Brentford. On paper, the game at Watford looked more difficult a couple of months ago, but The Bees have climbed the tabled impressively whilst The Hornets have had major managerial instability. The Rams came up trumps on the day, and two thirds of other participants wrongly disagreed with the new leader, gifting him a healthy 28 bonus points.

Without those, Vegeta would've been top scorer and the only player into double figures. He moves back into the upper half with that performance. MoKonjic now sits just above the bottom 5 after picking up only a single point in this round, but it's Seph who stays last, with the gap to TUFCfan remaining at 3.

Elsewhere, win for CL sides Schalke and Leverkusen proved fruitful, as did the draw between non-European (this season, at least) AC Milan and Europa League Inter. A stalemate at the King Power Stadium and a late, narrow away victory for Spurs were also easy to foresee, but reverses for Arsenal and Liverpool yielded fewer points. Triumphs for previously struggling Burnley and Hamburg also caught out many this week.

New thread coming up soon, particularly given the subject of the next D2D...
