It's an afternoon show (doors 2:30pm) that will be well finished before the Tidal Wrestling event in nearby Leeds later that night. Paid Members Big Benny HG Posted February 1, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 1, 2015 True Grit Wrestling have confirmed their calendar for 2015:  'War of the Roses 2015' - Sun 8 March (Yorkshire vs. Lancashire theme)  'Champion' - Sun 12 April (TG Cup winner Rampage Brown vs. TG Games winner T-Bone to crown first TGW Champion)  'Retribution' - Sun 10 May  'TG Cup 2015' - Sun 21 June (one-night elimination tournament)  'Summer Gold' - Sun 12 July  'Mayhem' - Sun 9 August  'Tag Team Turmoil' - Sun 13 September  'The True Grit Games 2015' - Sun 11 October (6-way no-DQ elimination match)  '7 Deadly Sins' - Sun 8 November  'Big Bad Christmas Party' - Sun 8 December  All take place at their new venue the 'House of Grit' - Unit 12, Carlton Street, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. Sounds silly, on the face of it. Â Also just found out that Brad Flash's (*deep breath*) Ultimate Wrestling Entertainment Mega Slam Wrestling has it's sixth anniversary show this Friday (6 Feb) at the DONCASTER DOME, of all places. Â Johnny Kidd vs. James Mason, plus the Hooligans, Sweet Saraya, Lana Austin, El Ligero, Paul Malen, Mick Romeo and a FIFTEEN FOOT HIGH STEEL CAGE to feature. Tickets a tenner on the door. Paid Members Big Benny HG Posted February 25, 2015 Paid Members Share Posted February 25, 2015 "MONKEY MADNESS WRESTLING" are running their debut event, "Welcome to the Jungle", on Wed 13 May in York at the Tang Hall Working Men's Club. Â I am not making this up. Â It wasn't long ago that the North/West Yorkshire region hardly had any wrestling whatsoever. Now there's Tidal, True Grit, LPW, NGW, Tiger 4GW, Grapple, R:I:S:E, Pro Wrestling Heroes, MONKEY MADNESS and probably more now all trying to run in the same area, as well as ICW touring in Leeds.
