Id never employ an immigrant in a customer facing environment. Â Â Unless they could speak English to a good quality standard. Â The problem is the "family" mentality has gone in lots of businesses where the son would follow the father to work and where fathers work they are being faced with redundancies and Jobcenters are just the most emmbarrasing place in the country. Â And i'm a fully qualified Electrician and on my wage i can struggle to get a mortgage to buy a 3 bedroom house.
