Everytime I record MMA live it never seems to be shown because of the Football game on before.

Here Is this weeks episode. It's now fronted by ex WWE guy Todd Grimsham. Chael and Cormier are on the panel.

Lots of Fox build up, nice way to start the day.

Cheers for that. I haven't seen MMA Live for ages because of the reasons above. Whenever I try and watch it I get fucking college football everytime. Lately it's not even listed on the EPG from what I can see.

the fall of the Emelianenko brothers continues :(

Alexander was smashed at an M-1 Challenge event last night, caught with a huge hook at 23 seconds of the first round. BOINK.

Not like Aleks was ever highly regarded to begin with

not to the level of his brother, but Alexander was flirting aound the fringes of the top 10 at one point. He's had a real frustrating career since the end of Pride, obviously the hepatitis thing stopped his US career taking off but he just seems to take random odd fights around Europe.

Alexander's phase of destroying folk in Pride was some fun times.

I don't think he'd have ever won a major title but there was a time where he was one of the most feared strikers in MMA. Of course Fedor was the better of the 2 overall but I always thought Aleks had the better boxing. He was lethal around 2004/05. Always fun to watch aswell.

Aleks was legit top 10 material, as late as 2006/2007 when he destroyed Sergai Khatonov, then he lost to Werdum and the game just passed him by. He was never as good as the Fedor, Nog, Barnetts or Cro Cops, but he would have destoyed the Slyvia's and Arlovski's of the world.
