Paid Members Egg Shen Posted November 5, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted November 5, 2011 Pro Elite 2 tonight on HDNet, decent little card stacked with heavyweights. Should be some fun fights. Â Andrei Arlovksi weighed in at 250lb, that's probably the biggest hes ever been.

The Natural
Is Takayama in the PRIDE mode of that game? Â No. Sorry. Â I wish EA made the UFC games. EA Sports MMA is much better than the two UFC Undisputed games made by THQ.
Paid Members Deaq Posted November 5, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted November 5, 2011 They actually had a UFC Fight Night pencilled in for May this year but it got scratched for some reason. If I remember right it was gonna be Braehead. Exactly. I can see a fightnight show being scheduled for Scotland at some point, whilst England gets the bigger numbered shows due to their arenas, which is fair enough. Â Would kinda be pointless having such a small show in Scotland, considering there is more fans with the UFC fightclub membership then what Braehead can hold, considering the tickets would be less expensive then the numbers shows as well, all the tickets would be sold before they go on sale to the public threw the fight club making it a not very Scottish event. Until the new SCEE 1 is done then I would be surprised if they bother with Braehead.
Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted November 5, 2011 Paid Members Share Posted November 5, 2011 David, if you got a show in Scotland, but the card was shit (which would probably be likely), would you still go? Â Just wondering.

Thing is it really does not matter if he would go or not they are selling out so why do UFC need to change it? The people that say they would go if the card was better would already be to late waiting for the card to be announced to even get a ticket for a smaller show in Scotland, the brand UFC sells in Britian not the fights on the card. David
David, if you got a show in Scotland, but the card was shit (which would probably be likely), would you still go? Just wondering. It would depend on the ticket pricing & the card. If it featured fights that I wanted to see, and the price was right, then I would.

David
Poor Lashley can't catch a break; Â Things never seem to come easy for Bobby Lashley (6-1) when it comes to MMA. Â The heavyweight is again without an opponent at Shark Fights 21 after his scheduled opponent, Dave Huckaba (16-4), withdrew for undisclosed reasons. Sources close to the event today confirmed the change with MMAjunkie.com. Â Shark Fights 21 takes place Nov. 11 at Fair Park Coliseum in Lubbock, Texas. The event airs via delay on FUEL TV on Dec. 23. Â That's the third opponent to fall by the wayside in Lashley's first MMA fight in eight months. The former WWE entertainer originally was scheduled to meet Darrill Schoonover at the Nov. 11 event before a shoulder injury sidelined him. Â Then rumors had Lashley paired with UFC vet Tim Hague, but Shark Fights officials quickly denied the fight had ever been booked. After that came the Huckaba booking, which served as the first obligation of a three-fight deal Lashley signed with Shark Fights in September. Â After transitioning from pro wrestling to MMA, Lashley went undefeated in his first five fights before Chad Griggs outworked him to earn a TKO victory at "Strikeforce: Houston." Â Lashley, who owns victories over the likes of Bob Sapp and Wes Sims, was a two-time NAIA national wrestling champion who also wrestled for the U.S. Army. That ultimately led to a WWE contract in 2004.
