Tryhttp://www.crazymax.org/coverscans/I need a cover scan of ROH Good Times, Great Memories. Could somebody point me in the right direction?

Pretty sure it was World Class from around '82, which was then followed by an hour of Roller Derby. I don't recall Buddy Rose being on the show, but we did get to see a hairy King Kong Bundy, and some great Flair vs Von Erich stuff.Sorry if this is a bit vague,Around 90/91 time there was a channel on Sky possibly called the Living Channel or Lifestyle TV, something like that, and on a saturday afternoon they showed rollerjam followed by an hour wrestling show. I was wondering if anyone knew what promotion this was and what year they were showing. I used to watch this every week but cannot really remember much about it now. I do recall that Playboy Buddy Rose was on there because he was jobbing on WWF TV at the same time, Thinking back now I guess it could have been World Class. Not sure. If anyone remembers this or has any thoughts please let us have themOver to you guys.

http://www.boxinginsider.net/stats/stats_ppv.phpDoesn't include Mayweather - De La Hoya though
Doesn't that make WM 23 the most successful wrestling PPV of all time, having beat the record set by WM 17? Also has any other genre (UFC, boxing etc) surpassed 1.2m buys, meaning it could be THE most successful PPV show of all time?
That was both US and International buys.
Meltzer reported that the early estimate was 1.2 million buys. The latest Fighting Spirit claims that Wrestlemania 23 did over a million buys. Is this true?

Nearly all the news sites steal their stuff from wrestlingobserver.com and f4wonline.comWhere does everyone get their wrestling news these days......apart from the UKFF? For years I have been using pwinsider.com but the popups and getting diverted to random webpages every two minutes is driving me BONKERS and I've pretty much given up on the site. Anyone recommend some good uns??

He is not. Reno is 'Rick Cornell', Big Vito is 'Vito Lograsso'.
I believe he was his brother in storyline terms. If he really is his brother I'm not sure. Was Reno the storyline brother of Vito? Because his finisher was Rolling The Dice, and it looked a killer.

Big Ron Studd also had a terrible match as the Super Giant Ninja against One Man Gang in WCW.Reno, Rick Cornell, was actually picked up by the WWE when they purchased WCW. He never made TV, and was stuck in HWA the entire duration of his time with the company, and only had either one or two dark matches. Complete shortsightedness on WWE's part as he had an awful lot of potential. Then again so did Kid Romeo, and they did nothing with him either.

Biohazard was actually in WWE developmental territory (at the time) Deep South last year for a period of time.Having something of a duvet day today, I stuck on ROH Scramble Madness. It raised the following questions.
- [*]Also, Biohazard?
They're probably about, but I'm not up-to-date on much, let alone wrestling. Any help gratefully recieved.

He also mentioned about the romance in his moest recent book, and think said something along the lines that the woman was around 12 years older than him, my first thought was Susan Sexton (I can't remember if he said she was Australian or it is just me), but that is nothing more than speculation on my part.In Foleys first book he states that he had "a brief fling with a female wrester who most of you should know", any idea who that could be?

It can be found on one of the Hulk Who? volumes, produced by a certain Mr Lister, probably around 10 years ago!
And it is one of the greatest 80's wrestling moments. I have it on video somewhere but cant remember where! No, the skit was set in some inner city (presumably meant to beHalstead Street in Chicago). It involved a ghetto blaster, a big cauldron, some smoke and some dancing black men.

There were definately two Big Al's. The one who Tank threatened with a knife was one of his real life buddies.
I'm sure there were two Big Al's (and who needed one?). The Giant's squashing of 911 (Al Poling) was meant as pot shot at ECW.
Not the same Big Al that Tank Abbott threatened with a knife? Or do I have my names wrong?
He was also known as Big Al in WCW.Just found the Philadelphia Nitro results mentioned above -
Didn't he also appear on the Philadelphia Nitro the night after ECW Barely Legal?
Wrestling under the name of Tombstone. Think he appeared on a couple of episodes of Saturday Night and that was him done.
He got choked out by Taz as one of the first "big" victims of the Path of Rage. Unfortunately, 911 didn't quite understand the rules of the game, and popped right back up. Heyman was FURIOUS and fired him on the spot.I know he came back briefly (to get properly choked out) and was briefly in WCW as well, but I have no idea where he is now. More than likely he's running or bouncing at a bar somewhere in Jersey. Can anyone enlighten me on the circumstances surrounding the departure of 911 from ECW in early 1996?
April 14, 1997: Chris Benoit pinned The Barbarian...United States Champion, Dean Malenko, defeated Hector Guerrero...Rey Misterio Jr. pinned Juventud Guerrera...World Television Champion, Ultimo Dragon, pinned Lane Carleson...World Cruiserweight Champion, Syxx, defeated Prince Iaukea...Public Enemy defeated High Voltage in a street fight...The Giant pinned Big Al...Diamond Dallas Page pinned Konnan...Jeff Jarrett and Steve McMichael defeated Harlem Heat by Disqualification...Lex Luger defeated Kevin Nash by Disqualification.

That Mercury certainly gets about a bit, as he was seeing Christy Hemme at one point aswell.
I have heard it is because while Melina is dating Johnny Nitro, Mickie James used to be going out with Joey Mercury. And now as most people know she is engaged to Kenny Dykstra so there is apparently bad blood between the two as Im guessing she either broke up with Joey or cheated on him.Why is there supposed to be bad blood between Mickie James and Melina?

I always thought she managed Eddie Gilbert at one point, possibly in Joel Goodhart's Tri-State in Philly.
I'd always though Veronica was around in other promotions before then. Certainly someone by that name worked in other promotions after WCW, with the USWA and PNW ringing a bell. She was definetly useless in WCW, mind, with England's own Lady Blossom being REALLY good in that role (and, as I didn't really appreciate it as an 11 year old, she was so much hotter than any other woman in the industry)...
Steve Austin was initially managed by an Atlanta area exotic dancer who went under the name of Vivacious Veronica. Veronica was a one night only replacement for Jeannie Clark, who was unable to make it from her Texas area home to the tapings at the Center Stage Theater in Atlanta. When Austin found out that she couldn't appear at the show, he panicked. At the suggestion of Ric Flair, he went down to a local strip club and hired Veronica straight off the stage. He brought her with him to the Center Stage Theater and she accompanied him for his initial matches in the company. Clark was able appear at the next set of television tapings and Vivacious Veronica was never used again(Clark Being Lady Blossom)I downloaded a torrent of "WCW Saturday Night" from sometime in June 1991.On it it had the WCW debut of "Stunning" Steve Austin. Instead of Lady Blossom being with him, it was some hot woman called "Vivascious Veronica". Anybody know who this was?Thank you brahs.

I believe a copy of this match is one of 'The Internet Collection' volumes.
It was Mike Bell actualy Ive got the match somewhere so I'll go check, but Im pretty sure Bell fucked up an armdrag followed by a hiptoss (to me it looked like Saturn bumped for a hiptoss then an armdrag, so both moves fucked up), it was about then Saturn just stood up and hit him with a flurry of punches before dumping him out of the ring (headfirst).I think Bilvis cocked up on a move, and Saturn was relativley fucked off by it and decided to stiff Bilvis about and throw him out onto the mats outside on his head.

Depends whether you mean WWE, or WWF/E? Seriously, I doubt it. Your best bet is going to www.thehistoryofwwe.com, and searching the thousands of ring results they have there. They have definately done a show in Alaska though. Is there a state that WWE have never held a show in, televised or not? Alaska? Wyoming?

I never knew one way or the other until reading on one of the forums (maybe DVDVR) that it was the biggest work in Puerto Rican wrestling. If it was a shoot why would he drop another knee after already spewing up grotesque amounts of blood?http://www.wrestlinggonewrong.com/video/ma...z_kneedrop.htmlManny Fernandez laying the HIGH KNEE onto the guy that killed Bruiser Brody. Was this a work? If it wasn't I'll warn potential viewers that the video is pretty graphic.
