  1. Who were the two fans who appeared on every televised WWF show in the 1990s? I recall them appearing on many Raw's & PPVs back then and wondered if anyone remembers them. One was hugging Shawn Michaels after his Rumble 1996 victory and when HBK won the belt at Mania. I always got the impression they had WWE connections with the wrestlers.

Don't really know who you're on about, unless its "girl with glitter hearts on her face" and her mate, but I was pleased to hear that pink-shellsuit-man who was always front row for any WWF show in the 90s from the Cleveland area (usually with his wife yellow-shellsuit-woman in tow) made an appearance on Raw from Columbus on Monday, still as orange-skinned as ever. Although I'm told he's finally upgraded to a hoodie.

Probably should of provided a pic.

These two. Shawn is talking to one with the Austin shirt and the other guy with glasses and dark skin looks like his mate as they always appeared together on all the PPVs.

Did WWE have any plans in 1991 with Brutus Beefcake? There was a show around Feb time I remember when he played a character called The Mariner or Mystery man and gave Rick Martel a right hammering and then on several occasions beat up Earthquake on TV. I expected him to show up at Mania when the Quake went to go for a second Splash on Valentine but he mysteriously wasent mentioned again.

The dark skinned guy's name is Vladimir, don't know who the other guy is

  2. Tysons a legend. The best debut in america since hamed. He won me over tonight. Hard bastard, while still playing up.

Fury is a cunt, cannot wait till he finally mans up and faces David Price so that Pricey gives him the beating he richly deserves

  3. Does anyone know how long events on Box Office stay there on repeat? I obviously watched Wrestlemania live last night but I was slightly sozzled..So a repeat viewing is needed when I have time.

They run every 3 hours (4 for Mania) until the Saturday after the event

  4. Rather than start I new thread, I will put this here. Sky are running 1 hour Road to Wrestlemania shows all week, hosted by Renee Young and some new bloke I've not seen before, started tonight with a look at the Streak featuring the matches against Snuka, Diesel, Orton, Michaels (WM25) and last year against Triple H plus VT of the Punk feud. The next four shows look as follows

    Tuesday - Triple H

    Wednesday - Hall of Fame

    Thursday - John Cena

    Friday - The Rock

The shows air at 6pm and 10pm, Tomorrow and Wednesday on Sports 3 with the other two on Sports 4

  5. Pretty much only use Facebook these days to chat wrestling on the Silvervision and WWE Home Video UK pages, although it be taxing doing that sometimes. It really baffles me that, even though Fremantle have been doing the WWE dvds since January, people still ask SV when they are bringing out new releases completely unaware of the change over. Or if you dare try to help out someone with a question, you get branded a know it all (trust me its happened to me plenty of times) or you get people openly slating Fremantle and arsekissing SV on the Fremantle page

  6. Been enjoying the Big Reunion on ITV2 as of late, just been having a look at the gig they did for the show, which is now going on tour on wikipedia, seems each act got three songs each taking turns to piece for each song. The full set list if anyone is interested looked like this (spoilers as there is one act on the line up that joins on the next episode)

  7. When is best of nitro vol 2 out on dvd in the UK?

Can't see it on wwedvd.co.uk website and don't want to chance an american copy that might not play on my player.

29th April in stores, probably earlier on wwedvd.co.uk. Pre orders should be online in a couple of weeks I should imagine

  8. Picked up the Clash of the Champions Bluray this afternoon, I'm about 3/4 through the first disc and two thought come to mind. First is how awesome the Sting/Flair match from the first show is even 25 years on and the second was how dated the early 90's footage was compared to WWE's around the same time, particularly the Sting/Rude match from 1991 and the Flair/Anderson/Hollywood Blonds match from 93

  9. You learn something new every day, was doing a quiz naming teams that held the Smackdown tag titles, either in original form or as part of the unified belts by their finisher and I had got all the teams bar 2, one was Miz and Morrison which was a combo of moves while the other, called the X-Mark had me stumped until the answer flashed up as DX. I had no idea that they had a name for anytime Triple H and HBK done the Superkick/Pedigree combo as to me it was only know by the moves involved

  10. Finally got my first win of the season today, wasn't able to check it till I got home as I was working but I had backed United, Blackpool, Derby, Leeds, Norwich, MK Dons and Queen of the South in a 7 fold with Ladbrokes on a

  11. On the topic of pizza. The asda make your own pizzas are a right bargain. 14'' plus four toppings with a base of your choice for 3.50 Really nice aswell. I'd recommend the stonebaked base

This, love the Asda pizzas. Prefer a 10" deep pan with ham, chicken, pepperoni and bacon and occasionally garlic or chilli oil

  12. So Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal appeared in the last NXT episode as individuals still using their old theme music. I guess NXT is taped more in advance than the rest of WWE TV because next show the 2 members of the 3MB are facing each other in a 4 way for a shot at the NXT title.

They usually do tape 2-3 episodes in one night each month

  13. Up and down day on the job front for me, got rejected for a 6 month job with RBS via email (which I only found out tonight when logging on as I'd been out all day) but was offered a Christmas job with Card Factory starting in two weeks. Gotta go in on Saturday to sort my contract, hours, and get my uniform which I'm looking forward to as I've been out of work since the end of January

  14. I wouldn't touch a courgette for years, except for cutting it when my mum done stir frys but I had it in my stir fry last sunday for a change and loved the taste and crunch of it with the other ingredients. Also wouldn't do sweet chilli sauce for a long time but can't get enough of it now, mixed through a bowl of rice served with southern fried chicken
