Raw has been stale over these last few weeks but we expect this during the Spring/Summer months. That's why I'm amazed at how good this year's MITB card looks. Well most of it anyway.

Imagine a whole show dedicated to IRS, fake Sting and Virgil?
Â
Its really good. His wife looks like porn star Tabitha Stevens. There's some great bits showing Bischoff as a kickboxer and a commercial for some ninja star game he developed before he got in the business. Its a pretty good documentary.Speaking of Bischoff has anyone watched the documentary from his DVD yet? If so is it worth a watch or is it full of the same Raw V Nitro tales we've already heard many times before?
Â
Some of the stories are the same, but they mostly are on these. WWE seems more willing to give WCW credit rather than be all "he fucked that up didnt he?"
Â
Â
Yeah Bischoff's wife does look pretty fine. I'll give it a watch over the weekend.

On tonight's EastEnders during a scene when Ian visited Bobby 'Damian' Beale there was a bit where Bobby was wondering what's making him do the things he's been doing and he said "3 years ago I thought wrestling was cool"Â
Â
I assume the scriptwriters are trying to make it look like wrestling fans turn out to be nut jobs.

Just heard that Meat Loaf collapsed on stage in Canada yesterday. How many times has this happened? I'm sure something similar happened at Newcastle arena when he stopped the show after 2 songs because he couldn't get his breath. I think he wants to call it a fucking day and retire.

Patterson's book should be amazing, can't wait for it to be released.
Â
Do you honestly believe that Pat would open Pandora's Box about the company in his book? There's nobody more loyal to Vince.

Skip all of the 'moments ago' bits and you can get it down to 1hr 30mins

I never said wrestling is a sport. My point was based upon LIVE sporting events that keep people up through the night on TV. I meant any sport in general.
-
Yeah Lawler has always seemed quite close to Vince as far as business goes (he knows where the bodies are buried) so he'll back at some point down the line. But as he's already been pulled from Raw and PPVs I don't think many will notice he's gone.
Â
It does seem out of character for Lawler. Had it been something involving a 16 yr old girl then it would've been no surprise. As Honky Tonk Man said during a shoot he was known as 'Jester the molester' back in the day.
-
You can see the attraction why people stay up through the night watching LIVE sport, but staying up just to catch an episode of a drama at 2am that lasts only an hour seems a bit silly. But each to their own.
-
I find it strange when people go on about not having time to watch Raw once a week, but yet a few seem to find time to watch 2 hour blocks of soaps 5 nights a week on TV after work etc.

So when WWE start running 2 PPVs every month from September how are Sky going to deal with this? They usually run adverts for an upcoming PPV for the full week leading into the event and then air repeats for a few days after the event. My point is they're going to need to launch an exclusive WWE Box Office channel because PPVs will be pretty much back to back.Â
Â
Seriously how the fuck does Sky think they're going to compete against the WWE Network now. There's no way people are going to fork out £30-£40 a month just for their PPV airings when you can have it all for £9.99 a month from WWE themselves.
Â
When the contract comes up for renewal I think Sky will drop their PPVs and just keep Raw and Smackdown for Sky Sports.
-
Haven't they used Sky Cinema before? It rings a bell
Â
One of the movie channels used to be called Sky Cinema.
-
Lets's be honest they stopped making a big deal out of the 'main event' matches on Raw ages ago.  Anyone can get that spot these days especially when they're clutching at straws.
-
Just heard that from 8th July Sky Movies will now be known as Sky Cinema. People will still call it Sky Movies and then eventually they will probably go back to calling it Sky Movies. Why do companies have to piss about. Rant over.
-
That Cena/Styles contract signing was the only entertaining thing on this boring episode of Raw. That Ambrose Asylum segment was dull as fuck but I'm sure the PPV this Sunday will most certainly deliver. I would actually like to see Jericho win his first MITB match. He would be great at teasing the cash-in.
-
I'm sure he only meant those 4 or 5 episodes that were shot live in NYC.
-
Are there episodes of Shotgun Saturday Night up? I want to see the stuff they did live in shitty NYC nightclubs.
Â
Nah

For the first couple of years Heat aired on the USA Network.
Â
Speaking of Heat it always puzzled me why Sky didn't acquire the rights to it when it launched in '98.
-
Heat turned into a highlight show with squash matches once they launched Smackdown.
-
While we're on the subject of classic Channel 4 shows, does anyone remember The Priory with Zoe Ball and Jamie Theakston? It used to go out on a Tuesday night. It was quite decent from what a can remember.
-
With a series most likely at a later date. Channel 4 are so predictable.
-
Yeah it seems they're testing the waters with a one off Eurotrash just like they did with TFI this time last year. They're probably thinking about giving it a 6 week run further down the line.Â
Â
Next June I reckon Channel 4 will bring back The Word.

Just noticed a great tweet from the 'WWE Creative Humor' account.

How can Donald Trump be racist if he chose Bobby Lashley ?Â
