Stuart Tomlinson (Hugo Knox in NXT) was on Soccer AM today. Came across like a nice fella. They showed a little montage of him training in the Performance Centre and this lads throwing 10 foot high spinning heel kicks! Obviously they will need to employ a absolute giant for him to connect with them but christ it looked impressive.

Since Lesnar got the belt at SummerSlam he has gone from 16th to 11th in the all time combined title reigns (for the WWE Title) overtaking Diesel, CM Punk, HBK and The Rock. Hes currently at 478+ and if he holds the title til Mania he will overtake Savage, HHH and Austin putting him 8th on 577 days.

 

Re: the Charlotte loss on Raw a few weeks ago, i think this is a clever angle. Have an NXT wrestler have a match with a main roster talent every few weeks with the main talent going over in competitive matches until an NXT wrestler wins giving it a kind of 123 Kid moment.

 

So the up-and-comers are only good enough to get a flash-in-a-pan victory every once in a blue moon? That makes them look weaker that losing in a competitive contest with a main roster talent.

Also, a NXT wrestler against a Raw wrestler doesnt have the same divide in talent that Razor v Kid had, Kid was a jobber.

Im not buyin into the Corbin hype. The dude needs to grow a beard. When he comes out and they pan to his face all i think "Andy Carrolls dweeby brother".

Did Bryan do his running knee finisher before SummerSlam 2013? I cant remember him doing it so it got me thinking that the running knee finisher was created as a move Bryan could pin Cena with at SummerSlam as Cena doesnt tap out and Bryans finish at the time was the Yes Lock.

Flicked between Raw and the cricket last night.

From what i seen of Raw it was awful. Bryan v Bray at the Rumble should have been on MOTY shortlist. Rowans music is the absolute worst. The Authority leaving has left the show without any storyline at all. Its Raw 2009-2010 again and its shite.

Last night seems to be quite the winner on the footy.

Alot of lads in work today who had an acca come in last night.

I had £30 on Liverpool (race to 2 goals), Man U (race to 2 goals) and Real -2.5 for a 4/1 shout.

Dont know if it has been mentioned already but i was thinking about the upcoming Wyatt/Ambrose match and i think WWE have missed a trick.

Remember the Shield/Wyatts match at Elimination Chamber when Ambrose just went missing at the end of the match?

Surely that could have been incorporated into this fued? The possibilities of what could of happened are endless and i dont think we got an answer from Ambrose as to his whereabouts during that match.
