Between this fucking up and Pokemon Go fucking up, I really didn't do much lately.

Have recently been thinking how Sasha Banks is essentially just the same as all the other girls now. Bad to average matches, terrible interviews...anything that was special has gone. I know it's said a lot, but WWE used to be able to get even shit people over. Now they can't even get good people over, with the tiny number of exceptions (AJ.......erm.....). Pushing people badly that people don't want, or pushing people badly that people do want, to the point where it's so bungled that they manage to be less over with a push. It's the reverse Midas touch and Sasha is the most recent victim.
Average matches compared to what? Her Takeover matches? She's hardly going to be doing all that on Raw is she?
Â
She's not had a prolonged decent push since she was on the roster, so to say 'anything that was special has gone' is hardly fair. She gets a great crowd reaction, her matches are solid, and I'm confused as to what you think they've completed fucked up with her?
-
Last night's taping sounded pretty good. Takeover is looking like another decent event and the roster is very strong at the moment. A good balance of new talent and well known names. They'll certainly survive whatever call ups are coming.
-
How can you say Enzo and Cass are boring or worthless? They have been pushed solidly since their debut, have fantastic crowd reactions and have now been put in a top tier feud alongside Cena.
-
I imagine there was a point where TNA was almost seen as competition, and they didn't want people with the stigma of being a TNA guy, but these days it's pretty much nothing to them.
Â
With the success of guys like Punk and Bryan etc, there's obviously been a shift in mentality that indie guys can be worth the effort, and actually they've been smart enough to almost create their own indy fed with NXT. Just another part of their crazy monopoly on the wrestling industry.
-
Not a bad Raw. Most things were watchable. Sadly the ending was very predictable. The proof will be in how different they actually manage to make Smackdown. That's what I'm really interested in.

Makes me want to go to the library.
-
Not that I needed to be made excited for Balor/Nakamura at all, but they've done a damn fine job in building it up.
Â
Much like the Seth/Roman stuff on the main roster, these types of build up really get my attention.
-
I do think the magazine tries to move with the times and offer content that people can't find online etc. Timing is still an issue with some things but you can't help that.
-
The Ascension were never going to work on the main roster. Vaudevillains could do okay but again it's a gimmick that will struggle even if they are a decent team.
-
Yeah the Nakamura reactions were completely justified for a surreal moment that no one ever expected to happen really.
-
I always thought he must feel like shit when they got together but even more so now he's had a Wrestlemania moment and now he's still stuck with bloody Mojo. How depressing for him.
-
The live crowds are always into New Day, so I can't see why anyone would say no one likes them. Quite the opposite. They're one of the few to get decent reactions wherever they go.
-
There was a point in time where I was enjoying TNA's output far more than WWE's.. but that's long gone.
-
I like wrestleuk.

I imagine he's been away telling people we're all going to be okay after the Brexit vote. If anyone can find something positive in something so shit, it's him.
-
I do agree on Nia looking dominant but she needs to leave the lovely Liv alone.
-
Yeah I like the Tye stuff too. Clearly bothered by his recent losses etc. It's good to see him get some decent time.
-
Maybe he's making it his mission to get all 18 million to sign up here.
-
Really loved the Aries/José segment. That's the Aries I enjoy.
-
I know Jeff gets a lot of shit off the IWC but the guy is still doing the crazy stuff he did for WWE 16 years ago
Yes, that's part of why he gets a lot of shit.
-
I hope he has been keeping some kind of memoirs or something. Even be willing to do a proper sit down interview at length. There's so much he could share.
-
Angle could be good in a mentor role for American Alpha, though I guess he might see that as a waste of his talents.
-
They sang his music during the match itself and then applauded when they were finished, so it came across as they thought they were the best crowd ever.Â
Are they applauding themselves or Nakamura? It wasn't the singing that bothered me. It's when they then applauded themselves.
Â
People on this forum moan about any fans at live shows. It's all people talk about in the Raw thread whenever they have a show in the UK.

Nice match between AJ/Xavier on Smackdown this week. Probably the best Xavier match I've seen in WWE actually.

I did think it was a bit strange, only because from a logic standpoint you'd think Bryan would be fighting for the cruisers on his show. But then I saw it as Stephanie trying to take something away that he'd want, and it makes sense that way I think. I was almost expecting Shane to counteract with the Hardcore title to go against Foley.
