Two things for me this week - Line of Duty which had a phenomenal first episode of the series. And BBC Three's Thirteen which I watched the whole mini series. Really good drama.
-
And exactly why people hate Roman. He shouldn't be Cena.
-
Apollo isn't terrible. We just haven't really been given a reason to care about him.
Â
This was the first time I was vaguely interested in Samson.
-
Bayley should be the easiest of the women's call ups to get right. There's far more reason to like her than Becky Lynch and she managed to get the crowd behind her.
-
Are wrestleuk and Clinton Morrison related? They both seem to tell people off for daring to criticise TNA.
-
I've heard about MUBI. Worth the money?
-
I'd not be surprised if they wanted him on NXT. I imagine there'll be a few call ups after Mania and Roode would fill a gap.
-
I do wonder why they stuck with TNA for so long. Roode especially. He could have done so much more with his career and TNA had clearly been going nowhere for years.
-
I'd be happy with Roode in NXT or the WWE roster or even in Japan.
Â
Eric Young im really not bothered about these days.
-
How is Mojo still there? I don't think he's improved at all since he started. Better talent has been let go.
-
Sounds like another throw all the shit against the wall reset. I've lost count of how many times they've tried it but hey, nothing to lose at this point.
-
House of Cards season four was such a massive improvement on season three. I almost didn't bother with it given how dreadful the last season was.
Yeah I haven't seen a huge amount of people talking about it, but it was a very rewarding season for fans that have stuck with it since the beginning. Some great callbacks, loads of familiar faces and some really batshit crazy things.

I think once you realise it's a mental show then it's far easier to enjoy.
-
I think I want to go back to not knowing..
-
I miss not being able to understand Test's theme tune.
-
Balor/Neville was a far better match than Zayn/Joe for me. I do wish they could do more with Neville on the main roster.

Go home wrestleuk you're drunk.
-
Really enjoyed the majority of the show. If AJ and Jericho can be that good in their next singles match then it'll be awesome.
-
Martyrs is one of the few films I feel like I could never watch again. I don't think I've ever felt so empty after watching a movie since Requiem For A Dream. Two totally different movies obviously but they really got to me.
-
I get annoyed with him as soon as he comes out to that Shield music as it's slowed down slightly and never sounds right.
-
While it'd be nice to have HHH against the younger guys, there's no way they're putting him out there every week before Mania. Too risky when there's so many injuries already.
-
I keep thinking what would people think if TNA actually folded.
Â
No one would be surprised.
Â
No one outside of the Impact Zone regulars and a few other fans would even care.
Â
I bet even the talent would be fairly relieved like an old horse being put down.
Â
Their time to make an impact and be something different has passed. Their time of being an attractive alternative where talent want to go.. that's mostly passed. Yes there's the occasional idiot who chooses them but on the whole it's a pointless promotion.
Â
There were times I hoped it could be something but now it'll NEVER be more than it is now.
-
It is the flip side to having so many well known names already. It does raise expectations across the board. That's not to say they don't need work too. Balor has been a work in progress the whole time for example.
-
See I liked Arrow and the Suicide Squad etc. Having a darker show against the mostly light Flash isn't necessarily a bad thing, though admittedly I do like Flash a lot more. It manages the humour/drama balance very well.
Â
Supergirl isn't a bad show. It's exactly what I expected really. Still has the same character issues that anyone Super has but Melissa is great in the role.
Â
I don't really have any issues with over saturation of the market. There's enough differences in a lot of the shows that it doesn't feel like that to me. Yes at a basic level they're all superhero comic book shows but it's how you go about it that matters.
What have you been watching on (proper scripted) telly?

This whole alcoholic storyline was worth it just for the pure joy of him operating that digger.
