I saw Finn Balor in Cardiff having a photo with a fan this afternoon. Finn went for a fist bump while the fan went for a too sweet. I almost died of cringe.

Regardless of whether or not they’ll get over, it’s a fucking crap name and within a few weeks people are going to be sick to the back teeth of hearing Michael Cole drone on about how he saw them backstage trying to eat Natalya’s cat or something.

They got over with a name as shit as War Raiders. It’s not the name that will hinder them, it’s the environment.

See, I actually really liked this aspect of it. He came across as totally real to me, and even the bits that were clearly kayfabe had me wondering if it was real.

I still haven’t seen the Austin podcast. I’m a big fan of Ambrose and I don’t think I want that ruined for me.

After thinking I royally fucked up my interview, I was told today that I’m being promoted! Absolutely chuffed to bits.

Orton goes through phases of being my absolute favourite wrestler to watch. Other times, he’s fast forward material.

His face turn in 2010 was absolutely masterful. There’s a match not long after Mania that year where he’s Triple H’s surprise partner against a couple of jabronis, and the pop gives me goosebumps. He hadn’t even been off TV either!

Then there’s the feud with Christian which I think is both guy’s career best work. Plus, coming off the back of that, he legitimised Mark Henry.

So yeah, 2010-2011 for me.
