  1. This has been recently announced. There's a Theatre mode. That allows this and the Robosen Prime to interact. The two of them will act out that classic scene from TFTM.

This is the third of these expensive but very impressive animatronic figures. Prime, Grimlock, and now Megatron.

  2. @Scratch you're going to love it! I went with the wife and she enjoyed it. I've also sent my niece and her husband there. They came back with glowing reviews. @FLips

has indeed given you a great review there.

First floor is really loud and also had some of those dance dance games as well as some strange guitar game.

Second floor has the classics. You'll find loads of fun here.

Third floor was where I got to try out Beat Sabre.

I highly recommend it. They have another venue in Manchester that is said to be even better.

  3. They've also announced a more articulated version of the original Optimus Prime figure. It's being referred to as the missing link. I've never owned and can't remember ever having played with an original Prime mould. I've got a missing link Prime on pre-order. To scratch the itch of owning an original (sort of) Prime.

  4. Both great characters. Soundwave is legendary for his voice in the cartoon. Plus we have the stellar way he is written in the comics. Occupying that spot just under Starscream. A dependable lieutenant to whoever was leader. But also capable of treachery if he felt it was necessary. He always seemed to know how best to look after Soundwave.

  5. Wonka

Really enjoyed this. They got the aesthetics right. It's a feast for the eyes with it's locations and set dressing. I couldn't quite figure out whether it was trying to depict Oxford/Cambridge. Or somewhere in France. Hugh Grant was a lot of fun. As was the guy playing the dastardly Slugworth. There were enough beats of the classic we all know and love. Whilst also allowing plenty of room for this version to tell its own story. The film does drag ever so slightly in the middle, picks up nicely again towards the end. It's a very nice gentle film. I'll definitely be watching it again.

  6. Hi. Thank you everyone for your input. I apologise if my ham-fisted method made people uncomfortable or upset. That wasn't the intention.

This place is fantastic for this type of discussion, and long may it continue. Just reading the last few pages has expanded what I know of this topic. It can be a bit too easy to be sent down a particular track with the forms of information that are available to us. I try to curate my information streams quite tightly. On this particular subject I was finding that my view of the subject was quite narrow. As if the lens was too focused and needed to be pulled back for a more expanded view point.

We can all see the suffering of the Palestinian people and the actions of a state that seems intent on creating more suffering for them. Neither Hamas nor Israel can claim a moral high ground here. The solution would be for everyone to co-exist. Unfortunately there are a myriad of subversive elements that will not allow that to happen. Sadly, the more you learn. The further the realisation sets in.

  7. Can it be boiled down to simple racism? Maybe for the general public. At the political level there is definitely a sense of coordinated allowance of the Israeli action. They are literally being allowed to get away with murder. Whilst too many seem happy support them.

Israel have just today carried out a triple assassination in a hospital! Ostensibly they took out three terrorists using terrorist tactics. This didn't even happen in Gaza.

This whole affair is playing out on so many levels. That it is difficult to truly know what is right and wrong. Israel is continually showing its intention of clearing out Gaza and recently strongly pushed for settling the area for Israel. Are they just going to be allowed to do that?

  8. I probably need to find better more engaged people in my immediate circle. I do seem to be surrounded by people who either don't care. Or have an outlook that lacks knowledge. Knowledge that is readily available to them. But ignored. Or they're blinkered.

The point about the topic being high on the news agenda is all well and good. However we have access to a much wider expanse of information. One that can bring forward views and points that are not always available in the more established sources. Despite this almost bottomless well of information. The actions of people who should know better can't be described as anything other than disgraceful.

We've had the ICJ ruling. To which Israel have basically stuck up two fingers. Their allies have been largely derisory of the ruling. Even going as far as to tacitly support the subjugation of UNRWA. An organisation that provides humanitarian aid.

I guess the true horrors of the human world are being revealed.

  9. Tesla have a very poor reputation when it comes to after care service. They don't operate like a normal car manufacturer. Their model doesn't allow for showrooms or established workshops. Plus build quality across the Tesla range is a bit suspect. They are phenomenal things to travel in and Autodrive is any Knight Rider fans wet dream. It couldn't handle Melton Rd in Leicester though. I had to take over and steer us around the wonderfully gifted drivers of Leicester.

  10. It's interesting how there isn't any real discussion of what is happening over in the Middle East and all the events around it. There's plenty of points for discussion. Yet nobody really seems interested. Maybe there are too many points to discuss. News media and governments seem to want to ignore or denigrate any attempts at discussion. Not saying I know the best way to go about it. Maybe it should be just left alone and allowed to play out. That does seems to be what is happening.

he's off the board, he'll still be making millions and millions a year off the company...but noone will mention that.

That'll be from share dividends, right?

These types of people always have a way of keeping themselves on the gravy train. Profiting whilst facing these allegations. Doesn't see right.

I also saw Jerry Mcdevvit mentioned as Council. Hasn't he retired?

  12. The International Court of Justice will today begin it's response to the South African charge of Genocide against Israel today. It should be being covered be the major news outlets.

ICJ have found that Israel have a case to answer.

Israel disagree along with their allies. They must know something we don't. Or they just don't care.
