Froch seems to have taken on the mantle of negativity that Jim Watt left behind when he retired. I did like Andy Lee though and it was a shame when they replaced him with Froch.

Like Rick I have also lost weight this year and we are using on average 1 less toilet roll per week because I am spending less time depth charging the porcelain. I'm not saying that I live in some brave new pootopia, it still stinks buy there is less of it.

As shit as Gough is at cricket commentary at least he isn't talking about football. As Max said a bit back England are essentially a club side now. All the batsmen are essentially 5/6 in the order apart from the openers. Stokes will have to bat responsibly, and also he's probably not going to bowl a lot either. 

England unchanged and Stokes to bat at 3 with Moeen at 6.
