Paid Members Surf Digby Posted February 12, 2005 Paid Members Share Posted February 12, 2005 anyone seen this porn film with tori from wwe? Tori Poch? First I've heard of this. What is the point of the move where they set someone up as if they are going to do a fame-asser type move and then proceed to flip 360 and land back in the same position ?It looks nice. Phil Austin
My question: Which show was the infamous Sid "Can we do over?"/"No, Sid, we're live." promo?I *think* it's IYH 12 (December 96 where he headlined against Bret Hart).Alternatively, it's on WWF's Funniest Moments. You could be right, John-I thought it was one of the early IYH? 1 or 2?

ukedge87
Cheers for the video Jason. Heres my question.I was reading somewhere that WWF Heat first aired on BBC2, now I don't remember any of this, so is this fact or fiction? I reckon it's more like IYH 3 or 4, as Ted DiBiase was also in shot. That was during his heel run in 1995.Cheap shill, as I am currently selling In Your House 3 on E-Bay. Selling it here. Phil Austin
...and then regretted it straight away after having to air live the Cactus Jack/Triple H gorefest and the Mae Young topless shot!
The Bear
Just wanted to say thanks to bazhsw, it's great picking up radom matches but it's nice to know a little bit of the history.
Paid Members tiger_rick Posted February 16, 2005 Author Paid Members Share Posted February 16, 2005 I recently discovered a 6 man tag on a tape of WWF TV from 1991, it's 3 guys (Steamboat maybe one of them) taking on all 3 members of The Orient Express! Couple of questions: 1) For how long were Orient Express a threesome? 2) Why did they split them, was it a business decision or did Sato get injured/old? Paid Members JNLister Posted February 16, 2005 Paid Members Share Posted February 16, 2005 That was just a one night deal, as Steamboat/Smith/Von Erich had a six-man coming up at SummerSlam, so they needed some 'name' opponents to get a win over to build them up as a team. Not sure why Sato left, though I'd guess ill-health or retirement as he'd have been getting on then. (He was actually on the first All Japan show in 1972!)

Spatular
Just watched a cap of Bret Hart vs The 1-2-3 Kid from Raw in 1994, and I didn't recognize the voice of the guy doing colour. Sounded Southern, with fairly clipped and precise speech. Did some good analysis, but had sub-Heenan jokes with terrible comic delivery. Who would it have been? Phil Austin
Haven't watched it in a while, but I believe it was Stan Lane.Oh, and John Lister knows all this stuff because he is in fact the true God of Wrestling (so suck on that Triple H!)Great to hear about the Orient Express again, a truly underrated WWF team! Never knew they had a transitional period as a three man team!My question: Where did Jamison (the nerdy Bushwhacker manager guy) appear from? Was he like Ralphus, a ring crew type guy or did they employ him especially-had he worked as a manager or something elsewhere? And what did he do once he left?
