The results went into the opening post on Monday night, and the table was figured out shortly thereafter. Unfortunately I'm currently unable to upload a screenshot of it due to severe issues with my laptop. The average haul was 15.89 points, which would've crept above 16 had everyone picked on time. That's still only the equivalent of 5 and a bit in a normal week, mind, so it's still on the low side.

MVP RULZ extends his lead by 2 points to 48 over Two-Face, but it's at the other end where we had an interesting development. Nana was lowest scorer with just 6 from his 19 legitimate bets (one of his 20 guesses was void), whilst Zebra Kid Mark was the top scorer on 24 points to move well clear of the wooden spoon spot. Seph had a decent performance considering he was on the late side once again too.

Sadly, all this has probably killed the contest at both ends of the standings. On the other hand, luckily a new thing is starting in Week 35 that could make it somewhat exciting again. Bradyisgod and Rory did worst among those whose posts weren't tardy with a dozen points apiece.

A stalemate in Pamplona, Northampton and Oxford United's failure to win in the fourth tier, a home reverse for playoff-chasing Gateshead and a shocker in Central America for Klinsmann's States team proved tough to foresee. A Suárez-inspired comeback in Brazil on his competitive international return from a ban for biting shoves that draw closer to this category as well. An even more impressive comeback from the visitors in Berlin caused a dud, but a couple of people did expect it to finish 3-2... to the home side!

Most other outcomes were useful for at least one-pointers. A new thread with a plain old set of 10 will be up shortly.
