Fog Dude
What an absolute massacre. Based on the Sunday results, I don't know what you're talking about. On the other hand, some of us genuinely did have a shocker across the whole weekend. The scores for the matches are in the opening post. Full round-up on its way Tuesday night as usual. Fog Dude
The table's been uploaded here now. There's been a massive change at the top thanks to the D2D, but even without it, MVP RULZ would've been the third-highest scorer this time out and only 5 points behind Seph. The former correctly bet on his beloved Owls to win at home, and no fewer than 16 of the other 19 participants wrongly disagreed with him. The ensuing bonuses were enough to take him 27 points clear at the summit, and it'll probably take something equally special in a forthcoming D2D turn for anyone to catch him. He should become the first player to hit 100 points next week too. The only other people into double figures were ultimo and Two-Face, so they deserve a special mention. Stinky Dad was joint worst performer, while Glenryck halved the gap on ZKM at the opposite end to a single point. The average score was on the low side at 7.15 points, and would've been a paltry 5.55 were it not for the inflation of the new leader's total. Away from the Steel City, the outcomes on the continent were - as I mentioned above - among the most fruitful ones for a majority of pickers. Closer to home, draws at the Britannia and Liberty Stadia were the next most useful scorelines, whilst triumphs for AFC Bournemouth and Man United also yielded their fair share of points. Away victories at Villa Park and St James's proved a tad more difficult to guess in advance. The following set of 10 will be up in a new thread promptly.
