So, the final scores went into the opening post on Sunday night, and the table was updated and uploaded here shortly after. We were back to a slightly more average week after a few low-scoring rounds, so it was worth doing the update properly this time. MVP RULZ had the sort of bad round he needs if this competition is going to get interesting again, as he was lowest scorer with just 3 points this time out. Unfortunately, TildeGuy~ could only close the gap by one point to a still whopping 21. There was no change in the order of the top 5, as both participants who made it into double figures, Del and Vegeta, were already there. Some insignificant movement took place below that, but the bottom duo are still the same, with Seph making his picks on time this week and therefore able to extend hallicks' deficit to 8 points. Shy Dad didn't play, for whatever reason.

As for the matches - well, unusually, results seemed to get progressively more difficult to guess as you went further down the card. The same isn't true of exact scorelines, though, as nobody got three points from the Villa or Hull games. The result at The Britannia proved hardest to foresee, however, which seems strange in hindsight and given Arsenal's previous poor record there. The other matches, including the League Cup final and Madrid derby, were a mixed bag with the former proving more fruitful as it was the expected result. A draw at the Liberty on Sunday was almost as unhelpful, but narrow home wins for Everton and Levante and comfortable away victories for Chelsea and Liverpool yielded their fair share of points for most.

And yeah, that was a slightly abbreviated round-up since I want to get on with posting the set of fixtures already.
