Fog Dude
If I didn't know any better, I'd say hbk4life is holding out until Lawz shows his hand so he can copy the picks and keep the gap at the top the same (or at least not different enough for a 10-point swing), which if the former had done last season with cheetah, would've seen him hold on and win the title in a somewhat unsportsmanlike manner. It's like playing keep-ball in the corner with 5 minutes to go when you should be going for a clinching goal and a clear advantage. It shouldn't come to this, but I'm going to have to put my foot down: let's see this decided fair and square. No funny business, both the top 2 had better make their guesses by 3pm tomorrow, er... or else! Gah, I can't even threaten points deductions because then it looks like I'm trying to snatch the honours for myself. I'll just have to appeal to your better natures then. This isn't a stitch-up or a conspiracy against hbk4life to deny him glory for a 2nd season running, it's just a way to make the last day more exciting which I instituted the season before last when he was mid-table and Lawz was nowhere, so I'm not trying to give anyone a helping hand either. If you're good enough, you'll keep the form of the previous 41 weeks. There's nothing to fear, and it's a sound moral argument, so please place your bets ASAP. I saw the thread yesterday but didn't even check who had or hadn't made picks, in all honesty I just couldn't be bothered running through 42 fixutres at the time, so was leaving it until today. My picks will be up before I sleep tonight.

I don't mind if the rest don't bother posting until tomorrow night since they'll only miss 2 games by not picking on Saturday. I just hope Lawz wasn't being as paranoid as I was and also notices this in time to guess all 42 results so it's all on an equal basis come Sunday night.
