Brendan Schaub Vs. Fabricio Werdum may be taking place at UFC 141...

Donald Cerrone wants Nam Pham at 145lbs...

Cerrone said after his bout with Siver at this weekend's UFC 137 event in Las Vegas, he's making a drop down to 145 pounds for one specific reason: to silence Nam Phan.

"I'm about to go to 145 (pounds) after this fight," Cerrone today told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "I'm going to go after Nam Phan. He's talking [expletive], and now I'm pissed off."

It was a surprising revelation from Cerrone, whose current five-fight win streak has some MMA fans and pundits talking title shot. But the 28-year-old said his more than willing to put his lightweight aspirations on hold in order to meet featherweight Phan in the octagon.

The reason? Cerrone isn't exactly happy about Phan's comments following a UFC 136 win over Leonard Garcia, Cerrone's best friend and teammate at New Mexico's Jackson-Winkeljohn Martial Arts.

what did Phan say? all ive heard is that he doesn't want a 3rd fight with Garcia?

This aint the first time Cerrone's wanted to get revenge for someone beating Leonard. He was chasing a fight with Cole Miller at one point, im hoping that still happens.

Then there's the running feud between Cerrone and Mac Danzig, and the epic hatred between Cerrone and Jamie Varner. The Cowboy is not a guy you want to get on the wrong side of.

What's the deal with Cerrone and Danzig? I knew he wanted a fight with Cole Miller and he dislikes Varner, but not heard of the Danzig hate

It was off earlier this year, Cerrone stepped up last minute to fight Paul Kelly and Danzig took a random dig at him on twitter saying:

MMA Live's Jon Anik is joining the UFC in January.

He will be the Colour Commentator for the fights that are on FX (not the big Fox shows) and will work on TUF among other duties. Mike Goldberg & Joe Rogan will still be the 'PPV' team.

Great news imo, I'm a big fan of Anik he was great on MMA Live and I think its well deserved for him. Also glad to see them not over-using Goldberg/Rogan with all these extra shows.

That is good news, he's very likeable and always does a great job on MMA Live.

I wonder how long it'll be before Ariel is on Zuffa's payroll as a presenter/interviewer. He's gotta be nailed on for a gig like that. Dana loves him. I also have a slight mancrush on him.

is Ariel with the UFC in anyways now? he does the post-show things sometimes and obviously is on very good terms with Dana White. I would love to see it become a full time thing though, Ariel is the man.

Good news about Anik too, always like listening to what that guy has to say.

Nah he's still with AOL/Fanhouse. He just gets the best gigs cuz Dana thinks alot of him. He would be great as an analyst for one of these new shows the UFC will be doing.

I bet every other MMA reporter hates the fact the he gets all the exclusives and so much access. Must be green with envy.

Yeah he mainly works for AOL but he reports for NBC Sports for the UFC on Versus shows (of which he also sometimes does the Pre/Post shows on Versus).
