I'm 26 years old, probably about 5ft 11 and when I weighed myself yesterday, I was just short of 15 stone.
Â
My problem aswell is, my back is fucked. Don't know why, but it's got worse as I've put weight on.
Â
Anyway, my girlfriend is training to be a Personal trainer and has just recently got a new job (not started yet mind) so she wants some experience doing that, and I need to get my fat ass in shape. Did a workout last night with her and she has ruined me. My legs almost gave out last night and my back is worse than ever.
Â
Tonight we're working on flexibility apparently.
Â
Need to get my diet sorted out too. Drinking more water as a start and eating less junk food

I banked out of a double the other day with 10 minutes to go so I at least got something back. 90th minute goal would have actually won it for me. That was a first for myself.

Just watched the NXT Rewind show. Whenever I see Sami Zayn and hear him speak, I always think he's a smaller Seth Rogen

SPOILER - Highlight the black box to read
Chris Sabin must win the X Division belt back from Aries in the new year.
Â
Frustrating cause I enjoy watching Impact without reading a head, ah well. I properly love ECIII though.
Happens as early as next week if I remember correctly

Heat finally won a game on BT Sport!
-
Definitely watching this game tonight. Booked my last day off work tomorrow, so ties in perfectly. Let's Go Heat
-
Glad I didn't set that alarm now...
-
Planning on setting an alarm for 3.30 for the Heat / Bulls game. Friend at work is a Bulls fan and is planning on doing the same. LET'S GO HEAT!
-
I had Man U, Benfica and Real Madrid at just short of 8/1 last night. Ex-BWFC Man Rodrigo with a last minute winner for Benfica. Top man.

NBA 2K14 is currently

I'd like to thank Brisbane Roar, Doncaster, FC Tokyo, Rubin Kazan, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Bayern Munich for making this weekend a very profitable one.

For anyone interested or who doesn't know, college hoops is back and it's on ESPN UK. Tonight, it's Kansas Jayhawks vs. Duke Bluedevils at 3am which will pit the much-hyped Andrew Wiggins against Jabari Parker. Wiggins has been touted by many as the next Jordan and both he and Parker are being touted as two of the best draft entrants in years (both will enter the NBA next year, for those who don't know).
Â
Must-watch!
Yeah, Wiggins is the favourite to be the No. 1 draft pick.
Â
When you say he's touted to be the next Jordan, does that mean he's touted to not be as good as LeBron?
-
if the fact that Chiklis being The Thing is putting you off watching The Shield, drop all that and get involved. Michael Chiklis is and will always be Vic Macky.
Â
A similar situation happens with David Duchovny, i know people who wont give Californication a chance because 'hes that guy off the X Files', shame on them.
This doesn't change the fact that Miami Heat are gonna three-peat though, however unrelated to NBA it is

Watching Impact for the first time in about 4 years, Christ everything about it is just a small time version of WWE, except Brooke's arse, I know that's probably not a fresh, original opinion but it's surprised me how bad the show looks
Â
Dixie's got a nice pair of pins though
Yup

Bit random but does anyone know of a way to record/get ahold of radio commentary from games? Would love to take them on the go with me on commute to work etc next morning? Can't seem to set tune in radio app too. Any other ways please inform me!
Sorry, can't help with that, but if anyone wants to watch games, if you get a Bet365 account, you can actually watch games on their website. Not sure if they do games every day, but I watched a little bit of a Houston Rockets game on Saturday night on there
-
I think the Heat have got one eye on Wiggins
-
Casn't wait to see the new Heat ring. Miami Heat to win tonight. D-Rose or not, Heat are gonna win.
-
Anyone on here downloaded the NBA General Manager 2014 app for their iPhone / Android phone? I'm addicted to it. James Harden looks good in a Heat jersey
-
I'd like to point out a positive from last nights show. Dixie Carter looked hot.
-
Three-peat for LeBron and the Miami Heat

I've noticed over the last few NXT tapings that a few of the iMPACT ZONE superfans have found a new home in the front row opposite hard camera at Full Sail University.
Â
The old guy with long black hair & beard sat next to his chunky lady friend have been there for a few months now and the creepy little guy with a goatee who takes a lot of photos has set up camp there too recently.
Do you find TNA that bad that you pay attention to the fans at ringside?

Is there an option on iOS7 to have the music lists like previous versions? What I'm getting at is, when I use the Artists tab. You used to click and artist and there would be the list of albums and you'd click onto that and it would take you to a list of tracks. But now, you click artist and it takes you to albums but with the tracks already there, so you for some albums you need to scroll all the way to the bottom etc.
Â
I know this sounds like me being lazy but when you have a lot of songs and albums by a band, it can be a bit tedious having to scroll all that way.
I don't think so, but I'm also not a fan of it. You can't delete a full album at a time from your phone either, you have to do it song by song, and unless you start from the last song and work your way up, the Music app crashes

Wish I'd gotten a 64gb iPhone 5S now

I keep thinking this. It has reached a point where I'm going to need it looked at. Certainly not doing intense exercise at the minute. I'm far too unfit for that, nevermind my back.
Â
My missus (although no professional) reckons it could be a sciatic nerve. So it is something I need to get looked at
