As good as Naito vs Ibushi was, gotta spread the love for Ishi and Goto too. I also really enjoyed Makabe vs Goto. It says something that ZSJ beating Tanahashi was my 4th favourite match on the show

Cracking show again last night, as is the norm for FutureShock

Anyone received this poxy message today? I've had this from two friends on Facebook so far. Both a bit naive/gullible when it comes to understanding tech.
I've had that message 3 times in the last 12 hours

Looking forward to the Lotto Thunder show. Guessing all in the tournament will give us 7 matches, so will there be any other matches on the show? Between Semi Final and Final maybe? Another Adrenaline Title classic hopefully

Missed the Prestwich show earlier this year, but Joey Hayes vs Zack Gibson has me sorting out my plans for a Friday night trip to Prestwich next week. Looking forward to another cracking card

Stellar main event between Soner Dursun and Rockstar Spud at FutureShock tonight in Manchester. Wily veteran verses up and coming high flier, a joy to watch.
I second this. Really good match last night at FutureShock between Durson and Spud. James Drake vs Joey Hayes was also a bit of alright

Scurll in The Bullet Club has given the group a much needed shot in the arm, he's wearing full tights now when he wrestles and his cut his hair, he looks the fucking business.
He cut his hair well before joining Bullet Club, and was wearing full tights at WCPW a while ago too (in fact the only place I have seen him do so)

Well fuck. That wasn't a bad weekend.

I suppose those who get one are in for a treat. Crazy to think it sold out on weekend tickets alone. Just wonder who Roy Johnson gets for the Wasteman Challenge. They must be pulling something out of the bag with that. Looking forward to seeing what their Women's Championship looks like. If they kept at props for Chapionships over belts. I reckon they'd have had a sceptre for the Women's Title.
Bear in mind last year it was Eddie Dennis

I thought there was a live podcast that accidentally announced them.
Cobb and Starr had already announced themselves prior to this

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is very very good

Next up is actually the Manchester show in 2 weeks time, and apparently Jeff Cobb and David Starr have both accidentally already announced themselves as part of SSS16

I think I remember someone telling me they did a Harry Potter one at Cineworld, but instead of it being back to back, it was 1 film per day, for a week

I went to see a double bill of Batman Begins/The Dark Knight and that had a ten minute intermission, which made it pretty bearable all told. Not sure I could do a full-on marathon.
To be fair, each film always shows the credits in full also, and will always have the standard adverts / trailers before the latest release, so there's always a good 20-30 minutes where you can go out and stretch your legs, get some fresh air and use the toilet if necessary

I did a couple of Triple Bills last year (Captain America and X-Men) and both times the 3rd movie (which is obviously the brand new one) was always a bit of a slog. Midnight showings don't bother me so much, and I think a double bill will be easier than 3 movies.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 has been screened for the press, reviews are embargoed until the 24th - but non-spoiler tweets suggest it is VERY good. Many saying it's their favourite Marvel film thus far, also that the comedy side of things and emotional attachment probably even surpass the first film.
I've booked in at Cineworld for a double bill of both GOTG films next Wednesday night. Really looking forward to it

100% agree with this. Absolutely incredible match. We need Travis Banks on every show
-
On the subject of Logan, I've booked tickets to see it on Tuesday at Cineworld Bolton, with a start time of 22:23, and although not confirmed anywhere, me and my mate I'm watching this with, believe it could be an X-23 reference

It's also worth noting that apparently all the WWE UK guys are signed on the same deals, and T-Bone is still advertised for the PCW shows, so more than likely, Pete Dunne pulled himself out because of the insensitive comments, as he has stated
-
Anybody got PCW's On Demand? Is there any chance the Travis Tournament goes on there quickly or is it a long silent wait like their DVD business?
More than likely the latter

Mark Andrews won the Thunderbastard match, last eliminating Zack Gibson, despite entering #1. Paul Robinson missed the match due to injury, and was replaced by William Eaver who was in turn replaced by Sebastian, who was promptly eliminated immediately by Jack Sexsmith, who also got a submission over Nathan Cruz later. Dave Mastiff went to war with Cruz and Gibson, officially splintering The Origin. I can't remember how Marty Scurll was eliminated.

What isn't clear, is why Progress are still advertising him for the title match on Sunday. They've already put South Pacific Power Trip in a non-title match (again) when they're the number contenders to the tag belts, so presumably Moustache Mountain aren't there. Progress are either aware of something we're not and he's still coming on his own or they're being daft and continuing to false advertise him.
I could seem them using it to further the storyline, and hiding behind the fact the tickets were sold before they announced a line up. Still seems a bad idea though.
They did set the storyline in place that he's only interested in going to the WWE and is using the PROGRESS belt as a means to an end. If he "no-showed" a title match, and went over to WWE, it's not like it hasn't been booked that he would be the person to do that. With the relationship- between the 2 companies being shown at the last show, I doubt PROGRESS are in the dark over it, and will have something planned if Peter isn't there
