Id disagree on the depth thing. His love/hate thing with Spidey and his stuff with his spawn are all far better than most villains 'he stopped me robbin stuff'

"Ohhh, me wife gets the fits sometimes. Only, when it happens to her, she shits herself.
So if she says she is feeling a bit queer, I tell her to have a lie down and I'll put the plastic padding underneath her, so at least I don't have to go round the house collecting it".
Like an Easter egg hunt. Very festive.
Thanks for that, I just laughed so hard I almost pissed myself. Mind I have been drinking.

Just back from the KTB Thrilogy, it was an amazing set of shows. I ended up ordering the book their first show is based on (The Boy Who Kicked Pigs) because of how great it was.
-
Â
There's a little bit of Arrow about the first episode. Worth watching.
are those two statements not contradictory?
Â
I love Arrow. But then GA has been my favourite comic character for years.
-
Probably not, I just found it funny.

One of my coworkers has show cats. Recently one came second in a contest. The kicker is that all the other owners hated the assigned judge and so pulled out. Her cat came second when it was the only cat in the contest!
Â
She asked what the logic of that was and was told her cat just didnt deserve a first place.

I've a couple of London theatre trips coming up, Kill The Beast are performing their 3 pieces (Boy Who Kicked Pigs, He Had Hairy Hands and Dont Wake The Damp) so we're off to catch all 3 and then next month its for The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Nighttime.
Â
Working in a regional theatre means I get to see a lot of small to mid size shows, upcoming Im looking forward to Boris The Musical. A Boris Johnson musical, it cant not be funny with all the stupidity to mine.
-
Not really. It helps to know who Wolverine and Prof X are but thats it. You can enjoy it as is very easily.
-
Just got in from watching Logan. Possibly the best superhero film yet, and in fact a great film full stop!
-
We're considering, but only slightly, buying a house in Crete as a long term investment/holiday home.
Â
Probably a bad idea.
-
Just watched the first episode of Powerless. Its... not great. A few promising bits in it, but unless it picks up a LOT then it wont get a second season.
-
Booked to go to Jamaica in january, cant wait. I've always wanted to go there.
-
Working my way through the Mistborn series. Next up will be Matt Haigs The Girl Who Saved Christmas (I do love his stuff).
-
Cracking show. Though I admit I don't get the Trent Seven love, I mean he's clearly a solid wrestler, but nothing about him seems to stand out. Also, I haven't watched TNA in a while, but how long has Kurt Angle has such a weird looking body? From the waist down he looked really odd.
-
Their On Demand service seems to not be able to cope.
-
It's funny watching David scrutinize the guests. It's amazing how funny Lee is on WILTY but when you throw him into a sitcom like Not Going Out he's fucking terrible. I don't get why the BBC recommissions that shite every year or at least make a Xmas special.
Â
I've always liked the team of Jimmy, Sean and Jon on Cats too.Â
Â
I honestly love Not Going Out. I don't mind some panel shows, WILTY, QI (though its gone a bit downhill), MTW and Taskmaster (if you count it).
-
Jesus, Rob Beckett. Does he get by on some sort of equal opportunities scheme? Makes Micky Flanagan look like a University challenge contestant.
Â
I've been enjoying him on Taskmaster. But then half the fun is seeing people do things in idiotic ways.

I just nearly texted my dad a link to Chuck Tingles wiki page. Im not sure how he'd have taken it.
Â
Background; I sent the link to a dinosaur obsessed friend a few days ago and the link was saved on my clipboard. I thought Id saved some info about a music gig in there this morning. I was wrong.

Loving Westworld!
Â
Im off sick so binge watching a few shows; Supergirl (bit shit, but the lead and Flockhart are great), Lucifer (again) and The Middle.
Â
I think The Middle is one of the best shows of its type, easily better than Malcom In The Middle for my tastes, the kids are all perfect in their roles.
-
I really enjoyed the Deathstroke stuff on Arrow. Talking about Arrow apparently
Â
Â
Â
Dolph Ludgren is playing the main villain in the flashbacks, while in the now the big bad is Prometheus. If they end Prometheus like they did to kick off Rise and Fall I may do a sex wee in my pants. I really want a tattoo of that.

I watched a GB Vs Cuba match at... straw weight? Something light anyway. It was like watching children just flail at each other, arms all over the shop.
-
If you want something not too mainstream I'd suggest Irredeemable. Its a great series about a Superman style character who turns evil and how the world would cope.
Green Arrow: Quiver is a great one too.

It's a trap.

Â
I think her binge watching Star Trek: TNG may have influenced her somewhat.

Just preordered No Mans Sky. I noticed my work rota had me off work most of the next 2 weeks (the joy of time in lieu) so took the plunge. Oddly encouraged by the other half.

Didnt we just see the end of Red Lightnings heel faction Vs Mark Dallas? Feels a bit rinse and repeat.
