Perhaps I just said something a bit too frivolously as a fan there. My instinct would always be professionally though to come to the guys in charge with a counter idea eg: Hey this doesn't work for me because A,B,C but I was thinking D, E,F then add in some conviction and pester power to get what you want. It might not work in the mental WWE world but I know professionally it worked for me and was respected to some extent when I've been in management.

If I recall correctly there was a rumor that post match Mania 35 her and Bailey were lying on the floor screaming backstage in response to losing their tag titles. 

If this is all booking related then I can't sympathise with her really. There's a way to protest booking and this isn't it. She's been one of the strongest booked women ever in the company since 2015. If they were going to do Rousey/ Banks and Naomi/Belair that's big business in tag matches (maybe winner take all), singles and mixing it up on TV so I can't understand why you would piss that away to try and build up some toy belts. 

It depresses me that his 3 "final matches" (not the consecutive last 3) have gone from 70,000ish to the impact zone to that dump TNA used for a couple of years.

I'm not surprised Conrad is promoting this. He probably couldn't give a toss about Ric's health over making a few dollars on the side. He's probably got Ric mortgaged up to the eyeballs too.

Enjoyed the first episode of strange new worlds but the second didn't do it for me. I think the aesthetic was wrong with the comment thingy and alien ship both looking like they came from other franchises. Enterprise looks too luxurious to me, I know it's a reimagining to some extent but Pike having a penthouae suite when Kirk had more of a Naval battleships quarters seems too much of a stretch.

The only saving grace will be if we go ally get to see someone use the shutter that's apparently tucked behind the viewscreen.

That was No Mercy 2017. There was some stupid business reason I think but I can't remember. It might have also been part of the "plan" leading Roman to his loss at Mania

The only way you could have one or both titles defended elsewhere is probably if it's in a Brock match. I'd buy Lesnar Vs Cody as an Saturday night match or.of he is back and they care Big E challenging Brock . I honestly don't think WWE care if the outcome is obvious as it would be Rocks last match for the title against his cousin all of which the media would lap up. 

Personally, I think it's happening, this year gone was the first one it could have happened since 2019 when Roman was in comeback mode. It didn't work out for whatever reason if they even tried. That saidnifnit doesn't happen next year it's never happening. I can't think what else they actually could do at this point unless it's Charlotte Vs Roman with all the belts on the line

I've always wanted to see that finish where a MITB gets a title shot on their own merit and then uses the contract as a double whammy to ensure they walk away with the belt. It would be fun as well if they did it but the challenger won without cashing in so they held almost an instant rematch incase.of emergencies. There's a lot they've never done with this gimmick surprisingly. 

For me both Cena and Rock were somewhat transitional, Cena certainly more than Rock. As a youngster the 3 months or so that Rock went off for the Scorpion King (or whatever it was) felt an age so come 2002 when he left after Mania and then again after Summerslam it came as less of a surprise. The product still suffered from it. 

Cena seemed to start transitioning out after 2015 to me and I didn't really notice he was ever gone as a full timer until the end of 2017. It wasn't until Mania 35 that I accepted it either.

Reigns is 36, he's a charismatic, handsome devil that I could see Disney snapping up for a Marvel movie in the future but I expect he isn't done quite yet. We'll maybe get periods of 3 to 4 months off at first before its 6-8 and then maybe a year off, like most he isn't simply going to vanish. It definitely wouldn't surprise me if following next years Mania he takes a breather. I'm expecting the big Rock/ Reigns match more and more which would be a good ending point for this incarnation of his character before it returns as a pseudo face after a break.

As a short, short term he did it thing I'd say he is a great option. If I was booking things my road would be Punk cheating to take the belt of Page do some faces can challenge for the title over the next 6 months while Eddie finished up with Jericho and Punk occasionally references him as he has been. By Full Gear you have Eddie/Punk built up where he takes the belt and then by end of year it's slipped onto MJF.

I'm not sure execs care that much about Punk, he draws with hardcore fans but I reckon the execs would be more impressed with the younger, blonder and less tattooed Page. I'm convinced they would like to see up and coming acts who look great like Page, Wardlow, Jade Cargill that look like action figures than big names form the past few years who they probably don't know anyway

Is it just the semis/finals on the ppv or just the finals? I always preferred having 3 rounds on the show unless it's a multi night event. Then the tournament has at least a feel of being more difficult. When it's less that intensity goes away and is completely lost for me if it's just the finals. The exception being matches tonxrpwn new champions.

I can't understand how it is such a hard concept for managers to understand that someone who has a sickness where they feel like white will make them unproductive and if made to work feel demotivated and less likely to value their job in the future. Someone who gets to stay home and feels supported on this will value their job more. 

Do managers just get cloned into their position as I can't understand how anyone who has ever gone to work sick wouldn't get this concept in 2021

I thought they might even have Lambert talk about old ECW matches like he has with the territory stuff to help face him up a bit last night. 

Sammy and Tay are a right couple of dislikeable smug pricks aren't they? Real Edge/Lita feel to them for me. 

Punk and Hangman feels big time and while I like Hangman I want Punk to take the belt to give a fresh format at the top of the card. With Punk still referencing Kingston I hope the plan for end of year is heel Punk Vs Eddie. Outside of Chicago the fans would be so behind Eddie as the challenger. Page can then move into the Undisputed Era/ Elite storyline of Kenny isn't ready. 

I guess the JAS Vs Eddie and friends story is going more towards blood and guts than stadium stampede although a Vegas based one around MGM would be tons of fun, Casino Combat?

Big Cass(forget his name on impact) Vs handsome Wardlow should be fun next week.

How long has Julia Hart been sitting on the steps all match like she's trying to pass a UKFF worth shit? That's a storyline that needs moving on like a few in AEW that drag on a bit too long these days. 

Not much else to say that hasn't been said about this week's show took a few weeks off, come back and wonder why I stopped.

I had to renew from abroad in 2020 took about 4 months instead of 6 weeks with little or no response. We're now waiting for my son's first passport which from overseas usually takes 4 months and we were told by the agent company who handles passport renewals in Asia it is more likely 6-8 which means another year stuck away from home. In the end it just seems we have to sit and wait like chumps.

If the estimated ticket numbers are true WWE aren't going to go to any extra lengths to shift them. It's not like Saudi or the fear of half empty stadiums at Mania this will just be a big house show if everything gets sold in a few weeks before anything has been planned. As I said before though I actually hope i'm wrong and this is treated like a big deal.

I bet they don't even let the NXT UK guys defend their titles on this show. As cruel as that sounds I would get a kick out of that. 

Quite a few could honestly piss off and make AEW better for me. I was far more invested in a roster of people I didn't know who were developing characters and momentum but it's getting a bit TNA and many of them are stalling in my opinion.

Tiny eyed Cole can do one immediately as well as reDragon. I don't mind Bobby Fish but Kyle can sod right off he looks like he should be sorting the bags out on the merch stand. I've got no interest in seeing their act over some AEW home grown guys. 

Jay Lethal is a complete rotter and him and Dutt weren't over in TNA land so I don't really understand why AEW would even consider giving them screen time (India deal notwithstanding which could be done without the scumbag).

Andrade is someone who has/d potential but has really been lost in the wave of new talent. He is someone who would have been better off saving himself by working in AAA/CMLL/NJPW etc for a year or two until AEW needed something fresh.

That was brilliant for 14 year old me. Did anyone know Angle had a brother? Probably the Angles. I'd like to think even if the ref had seen them together earlier on that Takers outfit was either too distracting or so bad the ref just decided to ignore it as it was the lesser evil compared to taker holding up the belt in those trousers.

Pleased for those that will still feel this is a big deal but even if I could go easily I wouldn't be super enthused. There's very little on the roster that interests me in 2022 apart from the possibility of a Lesnar match live and even that would just be box ticking now. 

No idea what they might book there. Lesnar? Goldberg? Shuffle out Taker or Hogan for a segment. 

Isn't this right next to a blood money show anyway? Cody/Reigns 1 or 2 (following summer slam) with the blow off in Saudi maybe?

I'm not in the country so trying to do this from overseas. I assume Amazon locker is where you pick it up from somewhere which probably wouldn't work well in this situation. I'll just add something else to the basket I expect to top up but not had a chance for a second look yet.

A couple of things that wound me right up today. Online accounts, passwords and verification systems are simply getting out of hand. I used to use one password with a few needing a slight modification to fit the requirements of the site. Now I can never remember what combination any of my passwords are so to access the account I have to reset my password every bloody time. Then they sometimes need to ping a verification to my phone either by SMS or other ways. I appreciate they want to keep my details safe but there should really be an opt out option which you can choose to bring it back to a basic password system. It's all well and good Amazon having all my addresses and payment details stored for convenience but not when I have to spend twice as long as typing the details in to just log into the system. I haven't even mentioned the banks here, has anyone else lost a phone and tried to set up online banking again? Takes a whole day.

The other thing was trying to buy a present on Amazon for my new niece. Spending 14 quid for a small light up toy is bad enough but then Amazon asking for a fiver to deliver it seems a bit fucking much. I feel pressured to spend another five quid on something to get around the deliver charge which annoys me even more as I feel i'm being forced to buy more shit than I want.
