Lethal vs. Ciampa was never going to be a bad match. Lethal is probably the most underrated guy in ROH and Ciampa seemingly gets better with every show.
-
The light tube and tack spots don't bother me much anymore. I don't know if I've just been dumbed to them.
-
Is it not Sexxxy Eddie?
Â
I don't mind deathmatches. There have been the occaisional few that have wowed me. Mainly from BJW. CZW's lot are a bit shit in fairness, and Thumbtack Jack seems to breed fucking stupidity. If anyone ever says "I want to be like him.", they should be shot to be put out of their misery.
Â
There's some decent stuff out there though. There's a Miyamoto vs. Sasaki match in particular that was incredible, and the deathmatch from the last Best of the Best was excellent. The sort of drama building match where CZW usually fails in those types of matches. I suppose it helps that Jun Kasai was in there.

I'll be honest. I don't think I'd change back to Haraga if I had the chance. It's a shit name anyways. Not that my current username is great shakes, but going from a shit name to a shit name does seem pointless.
-
I think I might vomit.
-
I can't decide if it's Rocky III or IV that's gonna be in the list. I think it SHOULD be IV thanks to the soundtrack pushing it over the egde as my favourite Rocky, but there's a lot to love about III. I'm pretty sure it was Ian that listed all of the things.
-
I'd love to see Chris Masters in ROH. He's obviously a fucking brilliant wrestler. I reckon a match between him and Elgin would have me spunking at the prospect.
Â
Shame about El Generico there. Especially since the Steen/Generico stuff looked like it was going to get going again. I wonder how long "down the line" means.
-
I love listening to Football Weekly. The One Wrestling Show is a good 'un I like as well, mainly for the laughs.
-
How many have they had?
-
Even though I'm not a big fan of Commando, there's something incredibly refreshing about seeing it in the top 10 of this list. Kudos people.
-
Is anyone going to see Brand New on their current tour? I'm really looking forward to it. I just wish I had gone to see them before now though. Not a fan of "Daisy" at all and they're still playing a good few songs from that.
-
I thought most of the matches with the Kings were pretty average. The only one I really enjoyed was the one at Atlanta.
Â
Most of their matches have just been boring.
-
I actually like Changing Lanes more than The Town. I'm a sucker for Samuel L Jackson though, so I might be biased.
-
I'm a sucker for good dialogue in a movie, so naturally I absolutely love Glengarry Glen Ross. The "shouty" Pacino is all well and good, but the scene in the bar with Jonathan Pryce is superb too. I get the idea that he could probably sell me sports bras if he wanted to. Of course, the scene where he goes batshit at Spacey is fun too. "You fucking child." Then there's the bit when Alan Arkin starts talking to him when the police are there, and he seems to just treat him with utter disdain before finally deciding to pretend to care. Ed Harris seems to like pointing this out in super style. "What are you?! Friend to the working man?! Big deal! FUCK YOU!!!"

I only seen the Dublin show and Gods of Metal. Kinda hoping they throw a Glasgow date in there. Missed them the last time, and the time before that, they cancelled when I had a ticket. Wound up going to WWA instead.
-
Worth noting that Guns N Roses are playing a gig in Dublin on May 17th.
-
Some form of The Colony vs. Cole and Edwards is a MUST.
-
It's worth noting that the Andrew WK dates will see him doing "I Get Wet" in full. That's awfully tempting.
-
Agreed. If you're asked to vote for your top 10, you give your fucking top 10!
-
Probably also worth mentioning that BBC, after going on about how they had one of the semi finals live, didn't show the first darts of said match.
-
If the 4 semi-finalists have got tour cards for 2 years I can't see the problem with accepting them, work commitments aside.
Â
The option is open to them. Hankey has a pro tour card as a result.
-
What do people know about a band called Deathstars? Apparently they'll be the support on the Rammstein UK tour.
-
Mastiff vs. Sugiura has caught up with the Street Fight and it'd be a cracking winner. I'm not a huge fan of either man, but that match is an absolute belter.
Â
The Street Fight though... wow.
Â
So the ring breaks in the previous match and they decide not to go with the advertised main event. Throw six guys out and tell them to have a street fight. So they have a street fight. In the street. People getting launched into moving buses, Suplexed into giant maps, scaring security guards and unsuspecting cinema workers. The carnage left was surreal. Just standing in the middle of it all you knew you'd seen something quite special. Yeah, I went with it.

I thought their first match was a bit iffy, but part two is absolutely brilliant.
