The Peacock deal in America ends in 2026 and I can't imagine that they want to break what has been a very good arrangement for them so far.
Peacock are not spending 200 million a year on old episodes of Nitro

You can bet your life he’s got a new girlfriend, 20 years his junior, and in a moment of vanity and self-doubt he’s reached for the just for men.
So are Vince and Linda officially separated now.
I imagine Linda saying something like "Let's stay together for the kids" and Vince going "kids? we only have one child"

I love Dave.
If it was real, it would definitely have been funnier than that Brandan Schaub attempt at stand up

The bump Tiffany Stratton took was nasty. Fully agree with you Supremo on your point on putting such inexperienced wrestlers in a dangerous match.
Babyface NXT Gargano just hits different from any other incarnation of the guy. Automatically deducted half a star for Candice turning up though.
Booker T reminds me of the old boxer character in Family Guy. Talks unintelligible rubbish and everyone else is just humouring him

Best thing about the show was ROH doing the "you're not ready" story better than Cody and Solo did.
Yuta playing Mr Big in the weeks before the show and then Shibata just destroys him. Lovely stuff

I love Eddie Kingston but he should be doing a Spursy in every big match he does. It would just be weird if it was any other way

Why is no-one talking about the big plotline development on Dynamite.
Hangman in saying that the BBC attacked the Bucks he was accusing the Homes Under The Hammer team of the attack right?

Going by most of these faction wars we'll end up seeing both Blood & Guts and Anarchy in the Arena/Stadium Stampede.
In storyline wasn't Anarchy supposed to be a wacky sports entertainment idea from Jericho.
Blood and Guts seems more sensible and the Elite were supposed to do thd first one until Covid happened
Also helps bring Cole into the Elite fold when Takesita joins BCC

After reading Nick Khan's comments about Vincent not being "that involved" , my suspicions about Cody losing have increased.
Senile Vince would totally go "Roman needs to go to 1,000 days pal" and "let's give those Saudis the big title change"

If that’s one of the things they were touting at launch as making them different from big, bad WWE, then yes.
I never expected them to go through with it. That kind of thing probably costs a shitload of money and Tony went nah
Big business is full of broken promises

seem to recall shortly after Mox debuted for AEW he said in an interview that he “had health insurance through his wife”. Renee at the time was still working at WWE, so I think staff get it but not the wrestlers, which is pretty arse backwards when you think about it.
It is pro wrestling. What do you expect. People to be treated humanely?

On the nepotism point. If you're the son of someone who is regarded as a great you get the foot in the door someone else who isn't a "nepo baby" doesn't. Mick Schumacher comes to mind. Hell people have lied and used nepotism to get that advantage (George Weah's "cousin" comes to mind
It's what you do with the advantage that counts.
Let's be honest, Dusty dying, WCW being out of mind and DVD's being a thing was the best thing that happened to Cody. Dustin was weighed down by his father's legacy and seen as someone being showed down fans throats by a egotistical father when he was actually underpushed in WCW, Cody was seen as the grandson of a plumber and Dusty was a charismatic tour de force who was one of the greatest wrestling minds, not the guy who bankrupted Jim Crockett Promotions with his rubbish booking.

I don’t think Dave Meltzer is a liar, just a gullible idiot who believes twats.
That might have been the most sensible thing you've ever written Keith

The camera cuts almost missed it as well, not sure what's happening with the camera work lately, but it seems to be getting worse.

It's shows like last night that made me realise how much better the Bloodline is than Sami/KO.
Roman is the abusive/gaslighting prick. Sami was able to see through it eventually, Jey probably knows but is too loyal to his brother to do anything while Solo is being Solo but deep down knows he's ready and being told that he isn't, especially by Roman is going to set off a storm.
WWE is lost without this Bloodline drama (and maybe Dominick being an area hole)

So you're not that invested in the story because of something that might happen in the future?
Yes
My main problem with the Owens/Zayn is the endless circle of it all. They team up, someone turns heel, they team up, someone turns heel, they team up, someone turns heel.

Sami or KO will turn because wrestling. Its maybe why I'm not as invested in this whole thing as others are. But a face tag run for these two will be a fun watch
The fans will turn on Cody some time later this year. They just will because wrestling.

Taz was just great in the re-bar mitzvah. Asking Excalibur and Tony to lay out and the way he shouted "He's Ironman" had me in bits.
The best bit of the end was Kenny having eyes for Moxley only. He's probably going to be the most reluctant to make up with Hanger but his motivation for helping him is obvious. Any chance to beat up Moxley.

AEW Orginals vs Outcasts (I prefer the name New York Territory personally) in Blood and Guts would be compelling viewing in the same way Sharknado is
Also why do I think Brie would be the second most likely person in the Outcasts to blade herself

The other thing is that I don't think they've ever done a real angle at the Hall of Fame ceremony itself before, and maybe this is the year - Rey keeps ducking the match, until Dominik and Rhea disrupt his induction.
Based on what I've seen on twitter, people being mad when they do an angle at the HOF acting like it's the sacred thing you can't do angles at is going to be very funny.

Joseph Monticello does some great work essaying the King's Road era on AJPW and his series on Danielson/McGuiness is great

While taking the piss out of Charlotte is fashionable (and understandably so) I swear Shotzi ran the ropes slowly than Keiji Mutoh there

Ruby Soho having just joined the WWE group doing a "you people" promo felt very meta and I like it.
We're one week away from Jeff Jarrett being a AEW Title holder and I'm building a countdown clock to it
I'm guessing BCC and Dark Order is building to the Elite and Page making up
Couldn't we have done Inner Cicrlce vs Elite in Winnipeg without House of Black involved.
