No motion control in the lite, you can connect joy cons and use those for motion control but there’s nothing built in so I would imagine there will be manual controls as well.

I’ve dipped my toe back into emulation this week, incredibly there are already 2 pretty stable Switch emulators available. I’ve been playing Mario Odyssey today at pretty much a steady full frame rate with next to no glitches. Needs a bit of tinkering to get set up but there are plenty of tutorials, etc on YouTube to help you along.

Should have been on Smugglers Run about an hour ago, and with luck Rise of the Resistance at some point today as well. Sad times.

Totally agree, they have the Saturn and Dreamcast library but I doubt demand for that would warrant the costs involved - storage size and processor requirements would end up putting unit costs far higher than the other ‘mini’ units out there currently.

That’s not their major announcement today, it’s a cloud service for Japanese arcades to let people play the games at home. Pointless for us, and sad that they are looking at cloud services but not for us to play their existing back catalogue.

We were due to fly tomorrow, plans are to rebook for next year but we’re going to hold off until there’s a better picture of what a 2021 Disney holiday will actually look like.

Add another 1.4bn for Solo and Rogue One, plus merchandising, spin offs, licenses, etc. They’ve done just dandy off that deal.

That does put you squarely into the bulk demographic of twitch streamers to be fair. There’s a few I watch regularly but anytime I venture outside of those it’s mostly people quietly playing their games.

They’re adding them in as characters to the existing all stars game which was released 2 years ago rather than something new. I’d kill for a 2d capcom/snk style fighter based around WWE.

You could probably make a ‘past ukff members who played mafia’ mafia game, lot of them have disappeared now.
