He gyrated a little behind a bending Hopkins. It looked like Hopkins was really over-selling how pianful the low blow wasto get a breather.

Did you see the American coverage of that afterwards? The commentator was 100% convinced he didn't keep his genitals quite in the position he was hit... :D Hopkins was on the verge of offering to show him lol :D

It was barely even contact, even if Hopkins hadn't been wearing a cup it wouldn't have had him doubled over in pain for 3 or 4 minutes. And it's not as if Hopkins didn't sneak a few low blows and headbutts in out of sight of the ref.But that's Hopkins. If you're going to fight him, you can expect him to do stuff like that; on the flip side he can't compain if it doesn't win him fans amongst the judges.

Joan Guzman vs Alex Arthur has been postponed because of problmes getting Guzman a work permit. Guzman was originally scheduled to come over here to fight Scot Harrison about 2 years ago. This Arthur fight has been on the books for a long time. Nobody thought to get the guy sorted out to box here until the week befire the fight?

Inkin pulls out of Froch fight... again

Unbeaten Russian Denis Inkin has withdrawn from his rescheduled WBC super-middleweight title eliminator against Carl Froch after reportedly slipping a disc in training. Inkin pulled out of the original March 29th date after being laid low by a virus. Froch's promoter Mick Hennessy has worked around the clock to bring in a world-ranked replacement for the May 10th bill in Nottingham and is set to achieve exactly that by finalising negotiations with former IBF champion Alejandro Berrio. The Colombian banger is well noted for his punching power with all but one of his 26 victories coming by way of knockout. Berrio, 31, lost his IBF title in October to Romanian standout Lucien Bute.

This is shocking.

Former champion fighter Mike Tyson goes from heavyweight boxer to just plain heavy

He proved he would eat anything when he chewed on opponent Evander Holyfield's ear in the ring 11 years ago.

But it appears boxer Mike Tyson, once known as the "Baddest Man on the Planet" because of his formidable fighting skills, has been enjoying rather finer foods of late.

He is now far from the lean, mean fighting machine that made him famous the world over.

In fact, he was almost unrecognisable as he left the appropriately named Mr Chow's restaurant in Beverly Hills last night thanks to his new, cuddlier physique.

The father-of-six still holds the title of the youngest world heavyweight champion, but it seems this accolade is almost all that is left of his previous life.

About the only recognisable part of Tyson today is the famous tattoo on his face.

In a loose blue shirt and grey trousers, he still cuts a formidable figure but it is now due to his size rather than his muscle power.

His weight has reportedly ballooned to a monster 20st and it had been thought he was on a punishing detox regime.

There has been growing speculation the 41-year-old might be preparing to return to the ring once again for another bout with Holyfield.

It would be their first fight in more than a decade and Tyson has already sounded out his opponent.

However, if these pictures are anything to go by, any potential comeback appears a long way off.

It has also been said he may instead by contemplating a second career as a cage-fighter after refereeing the world cage-fighting championships in Britain two years ago.

Tyson has already made one ill-fated return to boxing after he was forced to file for bankruptcy in 2003 after blowing an estimated

Did anyone watch the Witter/Bradley fight last night on ITV - I thought the right man won without a shadow of doubt as Bradley was always trying to go at Witter who just couldnt do anything really. Couldnt believe that Witter won on one of the cards when the results came out

I know Witter lost to the better man on the night I don't know how he won one of the cards either. Im glad Froch was finally shown on ITV now I hope the possible Kessler fight can be arranged. Shame that Froch didn't do this sooner because he has no chance of fighting Calzaghe now.

McCullough: Haye could make it in UFC

Former WBC bantamweight champion Wayne McCullough believes soon-to-be heavyweight contender David Haye has all the tools to follow his ambition of one-day becoming a mixed martial arts star. McCullough, 37, who become an official spokesman for the industry-leading Ultimate Fighting Championship last year, said: "Haye can already punch and he has natural strength, so he
