Guest The Hoaxmaster Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 Vince McMahon.Though annoying as hell, he is the very epitome of evil. Therefore he gets my vote.
IrishDave Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 Im going for Randy Orton- the next generation heel!
dopper Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 The Rock.HHH and Vince got more heat and were more hated throughout the year, but The Rock was a good heel and I found him entertaining EVERY show. HHH and Vince bored me quite a lot through the year.
Spatular Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 Fuck it - A-Train.He gets my vote because all of the other great heels I can think were great heels last year too, whereas A-Train's 2003 improvement as a heel was immense.
GPW Kristian Zane Posted December 21, 2003 Posted December 21, 2003 (edited) Test- i think he did really well as a heel this yr Edited December 21, 2003 by GPW Kristian Zane
