Specific project/flow chart question

Sorry to create such a silly standalone thread, but I am working on a process map/chart for work and I wondered if it was possible to have a flow chart that triggers/pulls through to an Outlook calendar?

So for example, task 1 gets completed, that gets ticked off and then that one action generates the next date to kick in, either in the flow chart itself, or more ideally into someone's calendar.

Is this clear?

Is this possible? Is anything possible? Why do I have to do this? UBI now.

Power Automate has this built into the Office suite. Look it up, there should be a template to do what you want, if not give me a shout.
