Re-build a PPV

Pick a Pay Per View and re-build the card in an attempt to improve it.

You can:

-Use everyone that appeared on the show, in whatever scenario you want.

-Use almost all the card as it is, changing just one person if you think it will make enough of a difference.

-Use anyone available to the promotion at the time (available in real life and in storyline).

-Leave out whoever you want. You don't have to use anybody that you don't want, just because they appeared on the real show.

-Use a non wrestler in a match, even if they didn't wrestle on the show. As long as they happened to be a non-wrestler that would sometimes wrestle, and don't fall into the injured/retired category.

You can't:

-Pick somebody that was employed by the promotion, but unavailable. This could be due to suspension, injury (fictional or fake), contract dispute etc. This also includes people employed and available but that haven't been debuted yet.

-Take someone from a different brand. Should you want to change Badd Blood 2003, you can't just have Brock Lesnar beat the piss out of HHH in the Cell instead. They have to be on the same "roster" so to speak.

-Bring somebody back from retirement early. So no Shawn Michaels vs The Rock at SummerSlam 1999.

Here's a quick bash at it:

WrestleMania 2000

WWF Championship: HHH vs The Rock

(No four McMahon's, just Stephanie and no Foley coming back)

WWF Tag Team Title Ladder Match: Edge & Christian vs The Dudley Boyz vs The Hardy Boyz

WWF Intercontinental Title: Kurt Angle vs Chris Benoit

4 Way Elimination, Winners gets a tag title Match at Backlash: D-X (Road Dogg and X-Pac) vs Kane & Rikishi vs Test & Albert vs Head Cheese (Al Snow and Blackman). (1 match instead of two, and not sure we lose anything by that)

WWF European Title: Kurt Angle vs Chris Jericho

8 Person Tag Team Match: Chyna, Too Cool & Chris Jericho vs The Radicalz (Eddie Guerrero, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn & Chris Benoit) - (Angle is wrestling twice, so Jericho and Benoit have to as well).

WWF Hardcore Title 15 minute Battle Royal: (I'm keeping it, with some additions and subtractions) - Crash holly, Hardcore Holly, Bradshaw, Tazz, Taka Michinoku, Faarooq, Joey Abs, Funaki, Pete Gas, Rodney, Big Show, D-Lo Brown, The Godfather, Bull Buchanan and The Big Bossman (No Headbangers or Viscera. Have to trim the fat somewhere. Godfather can still come out with Ice-T if he needs to, as it's the opener.)

Essentially all I've done is amalgamate some of the matches so there aren't just as many multi-man matches, and changed things slightly to allow for the few singles matches. Feel free to completely restructure King of The Ring 1995 if you wish.

I thought the Triple Threat, two falls match for the IC and Euro belt was a highlight of that PPV. Be a shame to lose it. Plus by having Angle defend them individually you lose the ability to keep Angle protected from losing the belts without being pinned.

Plus storyline wise I don't think you need to have Jericho and Benoit wrestle twice; the story was that Angle's manager at the time (Bob Backland) was over confident and accidentally screwed him over by putting him into the triple threat. You could easily change that to "you're the best Kurt, which is why you'll defend BOTH championships at WrestleMania.
