Abe_Knuckleball_Schwartz
I always liked him and thought the criticism he received from certain sections was unjustified. Ok, so he wasnt the greatest commentator, but his style suited the WWE at the time. Â As others have mentioned, he was great when working with Jesse Ventura and in the later period, Johnny Polo (who I would love to see back in the WWE By the way) and not to forgot Bobby Heenan. His work with him on Prime Time and the MSG shows was brilliant and you can tell they both had so much fun and most of the times Gorilla was cracking up with laughter. Â In kayfabe, he was also my favourite WWF President as well...I remember as a kid I thought the Survivor Series Wild Card match was a brilliant idea, not to forgot the main event stipulation at In Your House 3. theringmaster
Gorilla and Heenan are the GOAT in my book, they had so much chemistry.
